Wendy's, Richardson TX

13 cars in drive thru, waited 6 minutes and not one car had moved. Drove off to Chic pay more but why faster service.

Improving very slowly still a little hurt from when they refused to take the ten that got torn in half when I tried to pay for my food. Used to really enjoy the Wendy's burgers but since that transaction every time I see a Wendy's I get reminded of how McDonald's took the bill that the Wendy's employee ripped in half and then refused to accept the it.

Found a few pieces of hairs in our frostys. And I ordered multiple frostys. Everyone found at least 2 strands of short hair in the frostys. Very unhygienic. This place needs to be shut down or have their food service license revoked. Had to throw up after. Very disgusting place. Would never eat at Wendy's again. If I could give a negative star, I would. You've been warned. Stay clear.

You probably already know whether or not you like Wendy's. That being said, this is a nice, clean Wendy's with kind employees.

I've been going to this wendys for a decade and everytime I go there the food is always 10/10. Seriously, idk what that location is doing but the food is always outstanding!

My spouse and I go thru the drive thru here quite often. The service is fast and the food is hot. Recently, we dined inside and I was very impressed at the renovation. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Maybe I'll need to spend more time inside! Quick service and same quality of food you'd expect at any other Wendy's.

This Crew member D’Andre, is the funniest and cool hard worker at this location he will get the job done for his team.

Place was clean and everyone was nice. They go my order out fast also. I was happy to se they had the dinning room open as so many places don't.

Would definitely recommend trying this spot. Exceptional atmosphere, yummy dishes, good customer service. Great work.

The food was fresh and tasty. Disappointed to hear the Double Stack has been removed from the menu.

For a fast food place, this is superb. Clean restaurant, fast and friendly service. You'd think they're working for tips. I see why this is rated so highly. I'm definitely coming back.

Friendly and speedy service with a smile! I love this location and the shift manager is so welcoming.

I try to stay away from processed/fast food, but this particular Wendy's helps me not feel so bad. My food is always hot and fresh! Even when the drive thru line is long.they move it pretty dang fast! Hats off to the manager and staff here!

This location is right by my house so I eat there at least once a week. I have come in from open to close and the staff and quality of food is very consistent. Good job Guys!

I got chicken strips. They weren't cooked fully. Also, was told I would have to wait 2 minutes, turned into 9 minutes. I won't be going back to this location, ever.

My daily place for lunch. I usually take the 4 for 4$ or the salad. Delicious food and quick service. Strawberry lemonade is so good. The staff is very friendly and polite. They actually remember my order now which feels great. It's a good Wendy's branch.

Good food, nicely diversified menu at good prices. The value menus are great for you and me when we're short on cash but want some choices for our meal.

Best Wendy's location! I frequent this location more than any other, and it is always fantastic! The Staff here is so professional and friendly, and I always get my order correct. Kudos to this location and I hope management and all the staff realize what a joy it is to visit everytime. Thank you!

Food is fine nice folks. But it was dark the outer lights was off and dint know they was open. Then the sewer cleaners was there during hours of operation. It stunk so bad. The.manager said it was not her doing and said it was uncalled for. Surely it's not an every day thing. But it's a clean friendly place

I special ordered a burger. It was served fresh and hot. The young man at the register was very nice and considerate. My order was served accurately as well
