Wesley Woods Rehabilitation and Healthcare reviews
6I worked at this facility on 8/29/22 as an LVN with ShiftKey and right felt at home as soon as I entered the facility. The staff were very kind and assisted when I had questions. The two CNAs I worked with were amazing! The unit was organized and easy to access what I needed to care for residents. Dani was very detailed with report. I will definitely return if ever needed! Thank you Wesley staff!
The staff—Department Heads and Nursing Staff—cared for my Nana like she was their own. Look no further for exceptional care from experienced, devoted staff.
If you have a loved one please don't use this facility. If for some reason your loved one is going to pass they will not let immediate family see that person. Only one person has control of the situation and that isn't right. They will tell you one thing and find minutes later change they. All immediate family should be able to say goodbye.
This morning on 8/17, I was trying to take a picture of my son next to the flag for back to school. This lady who worked there honked at us because she wanted the spot we were standing. We only took 4 pictures and she continued to honk. There were plenty of places next to us where she could pull in or simply wait. If you look on camera you can see where she almost ran into my son after we moved. If their staff treats random kids like this, I could only imagine how they treat their patients.
Had my grandmother here it was great.staff was so nice and great with Granny.
My stepfather had been moved here from another rehab facility that was terrible! This place was wonderful. After a few days of rehab, his health declined and we had to call in hospice. (he was 94). The staff and the administration could not have been more caring! They made a difficult situation as comforting and pleasant as possible. They went above and beyond to give us comfort and peace. Perfect place to take someone you love. I would definitely choose Wesley woods for a place for someone I love to rehab.
