Wonderful professional service at about a third of what a dealer would have charged. Will definitely use them again! I can't say enough good about them!

Honest shop, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I received excellent service from Mr. Don and Billy and the guys who worked on my truck. They didn't charge me to take a look at my vehicle initially which I appreciate. So I went back the next day and had them do the work I'd been wanting done. Will be back in the future.

So I did a dumb thing and filled my oil too much. As I was driving down Highway 6, my car started feeling like it wasn’t doing so well. A bunch of lights came on and I freaked out. Luckily, I was right next to WH Auto repair. I pulled in at like 5pm and I was seen right away. I shamefacedly told them what I did, and they fixed it for a reasonable price. They didn’t make fun of me to my face (if they did in the back, that’s not my business, and clearly it would have been well deserved) and they didn’t try to overcharge me because of my gender. They were fast, did an awesome job, very personable and extremely professional. I drive a European car and they knew exactly what to do. 10/10 recommend.

From the moment I walked through the door until the time of vehicle pickup I experienced 100% professionalism, courtesy and informative handling of the repair on a 2014 Jeep Cherokee that was leaking oil. They provided photos, videos and detailed descriptions of the issues which were available online through links texted to my phone before any work was done. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hats off to James, (as in Bond) who handled my service call from start to finish/followup. You don't get 4.8 stars after 400 reviews for an auto repair shop by being mediocre!

First time taking my car for a vehicle inspection. Their hours are from 8 am - 6 pm and I got there 15 minutes before closing. I hoped they would take me in and they did! I was so relieved as I fought traffic trying to get there by 5: 30 pm. They were courteous and fast. I was out the door in less than 20 min! Thank you West Houston Team!

I'm personally a master tech with a shop in NC. One of my customers was driving from NC to CA and the ignition coil started to fail while driving into TX. I looked online and found this shop with great reviews. I called and spoke with Billy, he was very kind and professional, understood the situation and did not hesitate to help. I have been going to West Houston Auto Repair for 2 years now. Everyone is always friendly, personable and professional. I never feel like they're overcharging me as a female, they tell me what I really need, the price is reasonable and is done correctly! Will recommend then to everyone I know and don't know!

Came here because my check engine light came on. Turns out nothing was wrong with the engine. I ended up needed 3 sensors replaced. They worked fast and completed the job in a few hours. It was pricey but I'm sure the dealership would have charged the same or more. A few weeks later the check engine light came back on. I returned to the shop and after they tested it to identify the problem, it turns out when I pumped gas last the cap wasn't but back on tight enough. They checked the gas cap to ensure it wasn't defective, it wasn't, they put the gas cap on and reset the light, no issues since. Great customer service, I would definitely return in the future and would recommend this shop to others.
