From desk told me my insurance doesn’t cover me anymore, they even told me they called my provider, that I had no coverage under my account. Didn’t even take me 5 minutes to call my insurance and verify I was fully covered. If they would have done their job correctly this wouldn’t be necessary.

Araceli Gomez was super helpful. I have an upcoming surgery and I was able to obtain what I needed for the insurance to approve surgery. Everything was taking care of the same day because of that my surgery is not cancelled. Thank you once again Araceli, you are the best. Keep up the good work.

The new professional, Ms. Carrillo, was very kind and clear in her attention to me, I hope she stays for a long time, please don't change her, since other very good professionals have also left. Infinite thanks to all the staff, for their attention, from the lady at the first desk, who always offers us a mask, to the doctor's assistant and the Lab's lady.

This is a low cost, sliding scale clinic. While I appreciate their efforts in low cost healthcare, the staff at this clinic is inefficient and incompetent. It’s next to impossible to get an appointment and they never answer their phones. Be prepared to wait long periods for your scheduled “appointment” (if they see you at all). The staff and admin at the reception have been spotted chatting with each other on multiple occasions, all while the phones continued to ring in the background. If you want to keep billing your insurance for subpar service don’t bother going here, it’s a colossal waste of time.

I love this clinic. It is a one stop with a very knowledgeable staff. The nursing staff is amazing, the Drs.are even better. Special recognition for dr. Fatima Aly she is absolutely amazing with a bedside manor that will put you and your child at ease.

I really gave up on Spring Branch community health long ago. I stuck around because I had the best doctor ever. Well recently I received news that she is leaving so I think that is my sign to go to.

Overall, my doctor and her level of care and concern would be 5 stars +, but the facilities as a whole and how they function definitely will remind you that it's a clinic. Hard to speak with anybody concerning your health or what is going on with you. I have referrals I have never received. Sometimes bloodwork and visit summary isn't updated til practically the next visit, & getting refills is definitely not the easiest, and that's even for chronic illnesses. Crazy part is, I have great insurance so I never had to settle for here, but again Dr. B was the best and definitely was the glue that held that place together! I hope she's still practicing somewhere, but if not, thanks Dr. Bonaparte for everything & I wish you well!

I noticed it had a lot of bad reviews but my doctor referred me here. I only went for a pap and everyone was cool, except for the lady at the very first reception. She had a mild attitude. But the nurses and Dr. Brown were great.

The worst health care establishment i have ever seen in my life, worse than a third world country. Noone answers your phone noone cares they almost killed my wife with wrong medications and still can't even get someone to answer the phone. If you value your health and life DO NOT go there!

I had a very positive experience from the front desk personnel to the doctor. Everything was streamlined and extremely easy as a patient. There was no wait time and I was out of the office quickly. I commend their office because you feel very welcome and comfortable from the get go.

Their calls go to a call center. So, if you try to reach a nurse or someone who works a the location, you will not have any luck. The call center never picks up, which is pitifully ironic.

They do not treat their patients with respect. Especially, the people at the front desks. Verified my insurance the night before for an 8: 15 AM appt, and was held back because they needed to verify my insurance. I eventually left at 9: 30 because I had to go back to work. My daughter never got to see the doctor.

Candy Espinoza the doctor isn’t there for her patients, in fact she doesn’t care for her patients and I recommend going to a different doctor. Very unprofessional there including front desk ladies. Bad experience
