Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist for more than 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. He keeps up with all the latest technologies and treatments and is able to offer complete, comprehensive service at reasonable prices. I appreciate that he identifies a possible issue and then keeps an eye on it to make sure it doesn't become a problem, and, he always thoroughly explains what he's doing and why. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and work with you to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend West Houston Dental and feel confident that you will not be disappointed.

I’m a new patient and got a same day appointment. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and straightforward.

Overall i like this clinic, the dentist is good & reception. I only dislike their hygienist this time. Everything is limited, limited tooth paste, limited water when she rinse. She is not thorough in cleaning (i feel like the inside teeth were not cleaned good) she did not brush/polish well (i feel like my teeth is cleaner when I brush myself vs the brushing she did) & she did not rinse good. She did not ask if she needs to rinse more or if you are good etc. I remembered 6 months ago, i also did not like how she cleaned. This is the second time & still I'm not satisfied. I did not feel that I had clean teeth after cleaning. I was satisfied with their past hygienists but not the current one.

Highly recommend this place, I've been going here for years and it's definitely amazing. From the receptionist up to the Doctor, everyone is super friendly and they don't try to upsell you which is a bounce.

The nicest and most efficient dentist I have ever been to. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable from insurance to procedures, they have you covered and answer all your questions. Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. The are definitely my choice for all my dental needs.

This is first class dental! I’m 54 I’ve seen a lot of dentist and have had a lot of work done, I never before experienced the care and expertise and attention to detail provided by West Houston Dental. I thank them for their dedication to their patients.

Great rates! I was in so much pain the doctor made me feel so comfortable and before I knew it my teeth was pulled.thank you to all the wonderful workers.

Honestly my only highlight from this place was Ursula, the front desk lady. She deserves to work at a better place. Other than that, the doctor was so unfocused. He was always dealing with other work issues he had going on at the same time that he was taking care of me which made feel unsure and unclear of what he was doing with me. I felt upset to know that the payment that I was supposed to pay was different from what I was told initially. On top of that, they were charging me more last minute because the doctor supposedly didn’t see that I had a second cavity and on the same spot where my other cavity was. This definitely felt like a whole act. They took advantage of me not knowing much about how dental procedures work. I hope nobody goes through this. But if it happened to me, then it has definitely happened to others. It’s not nice, especially because I go to college and work for my own money. Nobody helps me but myself. I will never step foot into that dental place. They don’t care about you, but only about your money. They try to find ways to take more money out of you even when you have insurance. I feel bad for this place though because it looked like they had no employees and were struggling financially maybe that’s why they did what they did.

I also just found out from my insurance that the services they did on me was not covered by them. Which they NEVER told me. If I knew this, I would have not proceed with this.
