This office is so unprofessional.so rude, although I'm in network they denied my appointment because dr Italia is not the PCP on my card I was not informed of this before my appointment although I spoke with someone named Frank twice he never mentioned this, and the lady in the front was so rude in telling me she was trying to blame me for having an appointment with them. I didn't get a chance to meet Dr italia and I don't want to because if he works with this kind of people I can't expect a lot from him

Dr. Italia is a very underrated! 5 stars is not enough! First & foremost I would love to thank Dr. Italia & God for all he did for my father til' he took his last breath. My father caught stomach cancer in the month of 05/2013. My father had been a pt of Dr. Italia for the longest before he caught cancer. Of course like any other cancer pt there was a lot of procedures, testing, long days & even longer nights. Till this day I can close my eyes and see Dr. Italia at our dinner table examining my father. No one made Dr. Italia come to the house during my father's final days, but he did, more than a couple of times! Writing this gets me very emotional. Look, all I am trying to say is that this Dr.deserves the world. I'm in the medical field and none of the Drs. I've ran into so far have had the spirit like Dr. Italia. & no need for me to lie because he is no longer tied to my family since my father passed 08/2013 although, I'm thinking of registering as a new pt very soon! Love you so much Dr. Italia hope you read this review & know I would never forget you! Although, you have no idea who or what pts Daughter I am you will soon find out Dr. Italia. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU'RE A GIFT FROM GOD!

My whole family goes to him. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is compassionate and dedicated to his patients. Thank God for him.

I have been seeing Dr. Italia for over 8 years. He is one of the few doctors I have visited that actually communicate.

Dr. Italia is the worst doctor I've ever come across with. After waiting for an hour in the lobby I was only able to speak with him not more than 2 minutes. As soon as he walked in the exam room where I was waiting for him, he was already ready to leave. The entire 1 minute and 30 seconds he spent with me he seemed so anxious to leave the room and finish the rest of his shift. He had no concern about my wellbeing and he just brushed me off whenever I asked him a question. Dr. Italia already had a foot out the door before he addressed my back pain. I had to shout, "Hey, what about my back? ! " Then he came back to the room for another 5 seconds. I told him I've been having severe back pain for the last couple of weeks and he just told me, "Don't worry, I'll get you a printout of some exercises you can do. " He didn't even bother examining my back. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

Dr. Italia is my favorite GP, by a wide margin. Dr. Italia focuses more on disease prevention than other MDs, but he is not pushy about it (suggesting lifestyle changes, things to monitor, etc.). I've been his patient for approximately 10 years and have been very happy with his service and his office staff's helpfulness.

I have been going to Dr. Italia since 2004 and he is the greatest! I will never go anywhere else! My daughter is now grown and I have her going to him. He is the best by far.

I've been a with Dr. Italia for over 7yrs since i moved to Houston, Tx. He is very caring and takes his time with you. He never makes you feel like he is rushing you. And like that he cares about our future Doctors since he always has an interns with him if you agree to let them in your apt with him.

Dr. Italia is the most caring doctor my family has ever met. He listens and shows that he cares for his patients. My family has been going to him for general Healthcare for 10 plus years and have had nothing but good experiences.

Dr. Italia has been my disabled brother's Dr.for several years. He is very patient and concerned of things that need to be addressed. I would highly recommend him.
