I just had my 90k mile service. Yes 90k! I am happy to say that Josh Jacob made the whole experience unstressful to say the least, right down to putting the best four new tires on my car to top off the service. Upon the moment of picking up my car I found it in sparkling beauty. It was detailed inside and out. I couldn't find a spot on it. I have to say I'm very happy to have my car visit West Houston Infiniti for anything it needs. Thanks to everyone who was involved in the tiniest details of my car. It's truly a great experience.

Today West Houston Infiniti reminded me why I will be a life long Infiniti customer. I had a fluke flat tire this morning and got stuck from from my home base dealership and close to this one. Infiniti intouch called them and explained my situation. They told me to come and squeezed me in, got the tire situation under control, put my spare on, and ordered the replacement for me. Benny was fantastic and although it sucked getting a flat on a brand new tire because of road debris, these guys made far more palatable.

Great experience for a new lease, friendly and informative service from everyone on the team with no hassle. Worked with Alex on the paperwork and Dwayne went way above and beyond getting the car ready to roll off the lot. The attention to detail and making sure i understood all the features were amazing. Right down to showing me how to pair the garage door opener and even marking the page in the manual for when i got home. Thanks Dwayne and everyone!

Bought a 2007 Toyota Sequoia and traded my Mazda CX9. I recently took my sequoia to the Toyota dealership and they pointed out a Rear Main Oil Seal Leak. I thought this dealership had done all of the inspection and nothing like this major repair. Also, they provided me the complete inspection report after I had already bought a car and they didn't care to mention this oil leak. The inspection report mentioned minor leak but didn't realize Its an expensive repair. I was given a 2 months powertrain warranty which I had to fight for but now I found out after the warranty expired, I am stuck with $1300 bill. Very bad business experience and I thought this was a reputable dealership.

Took a perfectly working car to their service department. Picked it up a couple of days later. $1,500. Came to work about 25 minutes later and the car started to overheat. Called them back and told them about the problem. They said I need to spend another $640 to fix the problem. I told them that I didn’t have any issues with overheating before I visited their shop. I was told it is an old car and it needed to be fixed. I tried to explain that even though it is an old car it was running fine without any issues until I took it to their shop. They gave me a 50% discount. I said it needed to be fixed by them for free. They said no. One of the guys I talked over the phone was pretty arrogant. Jerry was nicer and tried to help me as much as he could. I was thinking about buying an Infiniti for my wife until I had this bad experience with this dealership. I will stay with Mazda.

Got a little run around in Service but it all worked out. They sent out survey. I expressed my concerns with unresolved issues regarding potential future repairs on the survey, and still scored the personnel pretty decently in their professionalism and performance. Unfortunately these surveys only count if they receive perfect scores. I could not ethically do that. Normal companies respond via phone call or email to try to address concerns, which was easily fixable and could potentially lead to additional service & parts sales. As I still need the repair. Never heard from them. I feel this is how conpanies can thin the ranks of potential poor (honest) survey givers. Thus raising their public and internal scores and screwing over customers who wish to provide honest feedback. Quashing dissenting feedback.

Let me start with how much my family loves infinity cars! We own 3 in all, out of which 1 is a pre-owned qx60… I have been taking my car to this location ever since I bought it (2years ago)! They always ask me if i was awake that my car is been in a accident before and so nothing is covered under warranty…? So I happy get then do any job required on it and pay for it! Never been upset with any of their services! Until this time, i did the same, Booked an appointment and when I got there, one of the service representatives refunded to even touch my car even for a regular oil change coz it was in an accident 3 years ago (before I even bought it) When I told him that I always get the oil change at this location for all our infinity cars and no one has ever told me "NO BRANDED TITLE CARS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS STORE! ", he said, may be they did not know that it was 1! Which is a complete lie because they always remind my about no warrenty! Do not trust then! Southwest infinity is 1000 times better!

The best dealership experience I have had in a decade. We have purchased 2 cars from West Houston Infiniti. Steve and Ryan are Great! Steve spent a lot of time on us and responded to every question promptly in order to purchase a new vehicle. Both of them helped us out very patiently worked with our budget without being pushy in any aspect.

The experience at West Houston Infinite is nothing like I have experienced before. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I asked for someone in the preowned dept and out walks this slender tall man with a big smile on his face. Larry Porter is the most professional salesman I have ever met. From the moment we talked I knew he was going to make sure I was taken care of. Larry never once made me feel pressured he actually took his time and catered to all my needs. At the end I won big time a great vehicle infinite qx60 loaded and enough room for me and my 4 kids! I would recommend anyone to West Houston Infinite you will not be disappointed. My experience was exceptional quick response from Ryan Reynolds at West Houston Infiniti very courteous listen to my request and concerns and 2 days later purchased the vehicle on. Saturday with ZERO % financing all the staff are very personable and professional answered questions without the HYPE. Seriously I’m glad I didn’t let my experience at Southwest Infiniti change my attitude thinking ALL dealerships were the same even though the distance is a little farther it was worth the trip on treating people with respect and professionalism.
