I like Dr. Eager. I don’t like that your calls aren’t returned after calling for several days in a row and leaving messages

Not a very good experience. This doctor seems to have too much going on. My appointment was for 10: 30am I saw her around 1: 00pm. Sent me home with a walking boot. Didn’t ask about why I was in the wheelchair. I had a bad falll in September and damaged my right knee. I had another fall and suffered a fractured fibula. She gave my a walking boot and just work through the pain. That boot did me no good because I can’t walk. Then on November 14 I called Dr C’s office because my leg was swollen and hurting really bad. I received a call from this doctor’s office today November 21. Well my leg is still hurting and swelling. But, I’ll just take Dr. C’s advice, which was given on my first and last visit, just work through the pain. I said first and last because I will not return for a follow up. I am 71 years with BP problems. My BP has been ridiculously high because of the pain. But I’ll keep, “working through the pain, ” until I get better or have a stroke because my BP can’t be controlled.

Excellent staff front desk and back office Dr. C was very honest about my condition and referred me to the right people to help with my diagnosis.

Dr Eager is a brilliant surgeon - the office staff is friendly and efficient - I highly recommend this practice

I had to go in to see Dr. Nikoletta since I fractured my collarbone I had to have surgery on my shoulder she was very professional and the whole staff was great.

Every aspect of my first visit was top-notch!
I was seen promptly. X-rays were taken immediately. Dr Carayannopoulus took her time and made sure all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend West Houston Orthopedics.

X-ray confirmed a broken fibula and surgery was done within one business say with 3-months of follow-ups. Office staff was extremely helpful with insurance issues. I will use them again next year for another surgery issue.

So I went to see this Doctor for a ganglion cyst on my left wrist in June. They took an X-ray and then shortly after the doctor came in to see me, she was nice. I knew it was a ganglion from my research and confirmation from a virtual doctor. Even with X-ray done, she didn’t believe me at first because of the location. After poking and the clear jellylike fluid poured out, she confirmed it was, so we proceeded to aspire the cyst (drain it) My insurance was billed and I received the EOB and had to pay $300 just for that procedure. The cyst came back within 2 weeks, waited months to see if it would go on its own but it didn’t. I called to schedule a surgery to take out as I was sick of the pain when I would lift stuff and sure enough I was given an appointment. I came in anticipating a surgery but alas it wasn’t a surgery it was a follow up for them to tell me I would need surgery? And told the surgeries were in the early A. Ms. All of which could have been communicated over the phone! Like I know I need surgery! I was so frustrated at that point. Of course I got the bill for the office visit and I am not a happy camper.

We came here for a second opinion on my sons football injury, we finally got answers and a solution to his injury! The whole staff took amazing care of my son from the moment we stepped threw the doors! The office is very clean and spacious! We were in and out! I highly recommend! Want to personally thank Kimberley for taking her time with us and explains everything in full details and getting us in and out the office in a reasonable amount of time!

This was a very efficient office. Everyone worked well together, from the moment I came in and was given the paperwork to fill out, to X-rays and then to seeing Dr. N. Carayannolopus. Everything went well. I would recommend my family or friends. I would like to Thank the Staff for such fine service.

I fell on the stairs and broke my ankle in three places on Monday. I was taken to the ER via ambulance. While the ER Staff was nice, I never saw a doctor. I believe it was a nurse that informed me that my X-rays showed two broken bones, gave me a morphine shot and referred me to Dr. Carayannopoulos. Before I left, a stint was put on my ankle without turning my foot in place. I left the ER in more pain than I arrived in.

I immediately called Dr. Carayannopoulos'
office and Eduardo scduled me the same day. I was so thankful because I had never felt pain like this before. As soon as the doctor walked in, she informed me that I shouldn't have a splint on the broken ankle. She removed the splint, gave me a local anesthetic, twisted the ankle back in place, put a new splint on and scheduled me for surgery on Friday.

Everything was just as smooth on Friday. Everyone working with Dr. Carayannopoulos were both professional and nice. I was/am very impressed with her. I would definitely recommend her for anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon!
