21 The pre-owned team at this dealership is first class. I bought a 2009 Highlander from them in Sept. 2019 and because of how wonderful my wife and I’s experience was, when it came time to get a new car to replace our Honda Element last weekend, we knew exactly who to go see. I highly recommend working with Russ Ali if you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. He works with you to find what you’re looking for and gives you the time and space to make a well-informed purchasing decision that you are comfortable with. We couldn’t be happier with the 2019 Tiguan we purchased last weekend. Also, the VW Certified Finance Manager, Joe Carter, is great, too. He walks you through everything in your financing agreement so you are well informed when you leave the dealership. If you have questions after you leave the dealership, give him a call and he’ll answer them.
It’s refreshing to find a car dealership where you aren’t pushed into purchasing a vehicle you don’t want or making a hasty decision. Instead, you are given the time and space to decide for yourself whether they have the vehicle that’s right for you and your budget.
Macros is the man, outside of buying a Tesla, this was the smoothest transaction we have ever had buying a vehicle. No hidden fees, what you see in the sticker is what you get. I am super happy with our purchase.
I have been very satisfied with the service I receive at West Houston Volkswagen. It is consistently very professional and straight forward. They perform the service they say they will do and when they say they will do it.

The work was done and the person that took my information kept me informed of the status and walked me to the cashier with my paper work. I appreciate that very much. Prior to that she escorted me to the waiting area and indicated where the restrooms were located.
Be careful. A simple oil change service may damage your vehicle's engine. In my case, they just forgot to lock the air filter.
Marco Perez is a 5 star representative for West Houston VW. When making a large purchase such as a vehicle, you want a professional - Marco is a professional - he was what I needed.
Overall pretty disappointed with our experience here. Nestor leased us a 2022 Tiguan SE and promised a multitude of features that we are yet to receive. Even worse - the dealership and Nestor specifically refuse to answer my texts, calls, or emails and were rude and unhelpful in-person. Will never bring my business back here and would recommend you do the same.
From beginning to end, the process is always smooth. I am greeted my name, everyone is friendly and take the time to explain everything to me. I don’t feel taken advantage of like many dealerships. Reggie makes me feel like family.
I would give them a better rating if their customer service was better. My sales rep kept telling me over and over that my plates would be in within 30-60 days, and the parts department would call me once my plates came in. (My Temporary expires Wednesday.) My temporary paper license has also started to deteriorate because it got wet so I called Saturday and the receptionist asked me who my sales rep was and transferred me. TURNS OUT MY REP NO LONGER EVEN WORKS THERE. That was her job to know and inform or direct me to someone else. I wouldn’t have even been mad about it. But she did this quick little pass off to suit herself better. I finally got a hold of my rep which he informed me he has since left. So I call again and she acts as if I’ve put her out and transfers me to someone else who granted was WAY more helpful and informs me that my plates actually are there. Which means the parts department did not call me like I was informed they would. I’m frustrated at their customer service, and quality control. It should have been handled better. I absolutely love my car but would take my car to be serviced elsewhere at this point.
Scheduling online and modifying my appointment was super easy. Check in was fast and the person was friendly and knew how to have a normal conversation. Work was done the first time and no crazy pricing or pushiness from anyone while waiting. Would def recommend to take your VW here!
You all answered the phone right away and had me scheduled with seconds. Archer VW was at least one week out so I selected to use you all again. The waiting room was really nice and let me work both days that I came there.
I just purchased a 2022 Tiguan and my salesman Marco Perez was the best. (very knowledgeable) VW West Houston was my first stop and I'm glad I came here to shop. I had such a great experience this deal was stress free. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others, go and see Marco he will take care of you!
This service group is excellent. They are always professional, quick and the communication from the advisors on any work is great. I only take my VWs here
Daniel was Awesome! I spoke with him when calling to obtain information and to schedule service. He answered my questions concerning the EPC indicator and scheduled the appt. Upon arriving, a young man greeted me before I could turn off the car. He took me in and directly to Daniel. Daniel was very welcoming, and explained the process. Daniel gave me updates on the car while I waited, and the repair was finished earlier than the expected time. I leased my car from Archer VW, they have the worst and rudest service dept. Because of the service I received from Daniel, I will continue to use West Houston VW. There were many customers waiting and I noticed the service coordinators updating them as well. It was a great experience, I have had many cars and dealt with many service departments, this was the best experience I have had in the last 35 years! Very commendable service. I have recommended W Houston VW to my In-laws! Great Job!
I think the worst service I ever experience, we took the car Friday morning for recall appointment, we have problem with the driver side seat, they said that they fix the recall, and working on the seat. Everytime they promised to call me back never do, I call Saturday to check on the car, the receptionist told me Monday,? , so they didn't call, we don't have a car in the weekend, Monday morning the kids have summer school, what a miss, in addition the car is 2020 and burning oil, so bad cars and bad service, I call the manager twice today he didn't answer, he pick which calls to return I think, so sure the vw is not recommended and the dealer is not recommended, I but one star because I don't have option to but zero for this service
