I’ve been going to West Magnolia Plastic Surgery since 2010. I’ve since moved to Austin and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cosmetic surgery needs. Melissa is the BEST nurse there is. She’s honest, thorough and listens carefully to her patients needs.

Trustworthy, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you’re looking for a place that will always do you right, call them today. You will be glad you did.

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment months in advance for a consultation. I showed up the day of and they had cancelled my appointment without any notice. They said they left a voicemail, but I never received a call, voicemail, or text. The receptionist even mentioned that I should have received a text. While I rescheduled, I ended up canceling the appointment. I wouldn’t spend any of your time with this office as they do not respect your time as they would their own.

Let’s give it up for the QUEEN of Brest augmentation, Dr. Emily McLaughlin I had the the most amazing experience here. As soon as you walk into the waiting room, you know you are in the right hands. The entire staff is committed to helping you achieve your dreams, I had done a lot of research but I was still overwhelmed knowing that I was about to permanently alter my appearance and I am so pleased with my results. They are so natural and fit my body type but are also SO stunning. I was warned by so many people that I would be in immense pain after surgery because that was what they had experienced with other surgeons but I was ready to go back to work the very next day. I can’t express how happy I am and I cannot praise Dr. McLaughlin and her team enough. From the girls at the front desk, to all the nurses and the fabulous and talented CRNA that administered my anesthesia. The ladies here are who you want on your team. 1000000/10

Dr. McLaughlin is the best. She is patient, authentic, intelligent, and always makes me laugh. Even though I was ready for my procedure, the day of the procedure she made me feel so comfortable.
