17My experience from the moment I walked in was one of the best I have had at a doctors appointment. Each encounter was handled professionally, friendly and very efficient. Julia Minigutti made me feel at ease and that she truly cares.
Dr. Morkos and her team are amazing. From the start, the front desk are professional and prompt, her medical assistant was fun, light and welcoming and then Dr. Morkos is just a ray of sunshine! She’s caring, makes you feel at ease and comfortable, and really listens in order to address your concerns correctly. 10/10 recommend this clinic and Dr. Morkos!
Best providers in North Texas. I've seen multiple doctors and NPs for acute visits, and they all do a terrific job. Hannah is amazing and always gets me feeling better quickly.

Dr. Morkos is an amazing doctor! She truly cares for her patients. When I first moved to the area (2 1/2 years ago) from Houston, I was looking for a primary female doctor for me. I found West McKinney Health and Wellness and I made an appointment with Dr. Morkos for my physical. She was very thorough, kind and caring. So I decided to keep her. But I also have been seen by other nurse practitioners and doctors from the West McKinney Health & Wellness and they all have been outstanding. My husband also comes here (to the West Frisco branch) and has as his primary Doctor, Dr. Baker. He told me that Dr. Baker was also very caring and that he took the time to listen to his questions and concerns.

Everyone from checking in to scheduling the next year’s appointment were professionally gracious and welcoming. This was my first visit and I was impressed with the care and thoroughness.
I appreciated Dr. Baker's insight/ opinion about an upcoming ultrasound test. Very professional and concise.

Called Dr. Baker's office this morning because of illness and was able to have a tele-visit later in the same morning. He gave me the time I needed, listened and responded appropriately and respectfully and prescribed the meds I needed. He's one of the best doctors I've ever had.
I love seeing Dr. Morkos here, she's always very thorough. I've had to be referred to specialist and she's very diligent about referring me for follow ups and they always say how she has very detailed notes on everything going on with me which I appreciate. I also love that unless it's neccessary, most of my appointments are done by telehealth which is so convenient. Then if I need a shot or actual exam, I can schedule in office but it's nice if I don't need to be seen in person to be able to just do over video conference.
