Was treated great. They let you know what is going to be done to the car and made you comfortable while you wait.

I bought a 2014 Waet Point Buick GMC. The y sold it with a crack in the head gasket that was hard to detect when purchased. I have two mechanics with over 50 years of combined experience telling me that the crack was there. I live out of state and within the first week the alternator went out. That was the second sign of a small crack (severe defect). I found out ex post facto that Weat Point Buick GMC had already just put on an alternator a month ago. Within 2 weeks of purchase the vehicle was shop. I failed to notify the dealership with 28 days so, West Point Buick GMC won’t do anything. I notified them that the vehicle was sold to me with a severe defect and the used car manager James Cowger of this disgusting and disturbing con job and he said West Point Buick GMC won’t participate in helping me get my certified low mileage one owner Honda because 31 days have transpired. Wow it took Honda a week to diagnose that the they sold me a vehicle with a severe defect, and there were three major post office holidays and Iive out of state. I will post give send to account and my story on jabber. I am a sole earning husband and father on medicaid. I work 7 days a week delivering groceries and medicine to senior citizens. I can’t work fast enough to keep afloat with out a regular car. This review is “to be continued “ I will post links to find out more about how this Weat Point Buick GMC treated this customer and how cruel they are after the sale to their customers? This has been, by far, the worst and saddest car bying experience of my lifetime. I don’t know who needs to hear this but please don’t buy a used car from this dealership.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very detailed there were able to give us the best deal and interest rate. We've done several transactions with this dealership. The last for vehicles we bought were from here. Due to their professionalism willingness to help very accommodating. My daughter just bought another vehicle from here 2 weeks ago. She was very satisfied as well. I would highly recommend West Point

So we walked in to get an oil change, there were 3 people sitting at their desks and not one bothered to help us. We stood there waiting to be helped, the guy sitting at his desk right in front of us didn’t even greet us he was doing something on his computer, later he then said “Do you have an appt? ” We said no he continued to ask us what we were there for and if we wanted the car washed, we said yes. We get into the truck an hour later and see this hanging on the mirror lol the truck was not even cleaned or wet. They didn’t even check the tire pressure. Some times I really wonder what we pay for. I just hope they actually do the oil change. We only purchased GMC we love their trucks but just just got so fed up with the service at GMC, both locations the one on 1960 and the one on i10, we literally traded to another brand. We now own a Dodge, the service is great! Customer service is a thousand times better. As long as we live in Houston we will never purchase another GMC.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. My Sales Malik Brown was great! He has really good customer service and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. My overall purchasing experience was pleasant. I do recommend Malik Brown.
