Something is very wrong with the management of this company.

I'd strongly advise people take their business to Matheson, John's Sales, or BJ Welding Supply.

Always a great experience. They have been out of or running low on product the last few times but nothing we as customers can do. Employees are always phenomenal.

It was a very pleasant and friendly experience. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and full of energy. I was in and out in no time. Thank you west air for helping me out and selling me the products I needed. You deserve a 10 star

Wish I could give 0 stars. WILL NOT BE BACK! Terrible customer service and I would not recommend taking anything back to them to get “repaired”.

Too expensive, they don’t put price in their products

Normal welding and air gas supplies. Rods were a little pricey, the rods they quoted me were anyway. They may have cheaper rods in the more common rods.

Lazy, or ignorant. They refused to fill a *personal* 5 pound CO2 cylinder, claiming they didn't want to deal with the size. The only problem being that a 5 pound CO2 is literally one of the most common sizes across the industry. It's customer owned. It's tare waited. There is absolutely *no reason* not to fill the bottle. Would avoid if possible.
