Nice employees but can not believe if you refer someone they do not give you a referral fee. Won't be referring anyone anymore. Sorry guys. But your company wants buisness they should have the referral program. Like the other signature loan companies have.
They act like they are above the law.a police report has been made harrasemet, calling you at work after you told them not too.hopefully they get indited for breaking laws
The ladies at this location are great. Lupita is the bomb.:) However, my only disappointment is that they can no longer take payments over the phone. Reason I selected 3 stars. This is very inconvenient for me and others I presume. I have moved since and now have to drive 40 minutes to make a payment. Please bring back the over the phone payment method or even online will be great. Thank you.
I been dealing with western finance for a while now. Their customer service is awesome! Unfortunately today when i called to make a payment i was informed that this was my last payment over the phone and from now on i will have to go in person. In my case this is bad news since i work all day and my job is located way too far from them. (this is the reason why i put them 4 stars) Hopefully western finance management will change their mind about this decision.: (

Pasadena location is awesome but received some bad news when I called to make a payment that they will no longer take over the phone payments and that sucks because I work from 7am to 7 pm and it is more convenient this for me to do over the phone wish they would go back to the taking payments over the phone
