Scheduling an appointment is ridiculous and pointless you ask for a certain day on the online scheduler they give total different day without confirming with me

They are great with my animals and if one of my pets don't take to a certain vet he can see another one.my cat prince lives Dr. Kaaz not so much the other vets. He is a great vet.

I came in with a stray cat which I thought was a kitten because it was so small. The vet techs were able to find a microchip, made multiple phone calls and helped me locate the owner. Thank you all so much!

I have taken my 4 dogs, 3 cats (was 4), and our Hans McCaw to Dr. Michelle for 6 plus years. She is Smart, Patient, Kind, not only to our Furbabies but she has a way of understanding the owners as well. Especially in times of loss.
She is such an amazing listener, and values the wisdom of the owners. After all, who knows our pets better than us.
We love her Team approach, that with her knowledge and our input, nothing is too big or small for her to tackle.
As long as she is willing to have us, we are devoted and appreciative patients

Met with Dr. Kaaz today about Stella's extremely itchy allergies. He was wonderful, took a lot of time with her helping her to relax, as she is a reluctant patient. Highly recommend this practice.

My dog, Bentley, recently died. He was treated humanely and kindly by all the staff at The Village Vet but especially by Dr. Grimley who was so kind and accommodating to us and to our sweet Bentley.

Our 15 yr.old cat suddenly couldn't wee, and his urine droplets had blood in them. 12 years earlier he had blocked and nearly died, so this was not something we take lightly. Called the office on Rte. 105, and without hesitation told me to bring Kitty in. They went quickly to figure out what the problem was, and the vet Dr. Kause came out to personally speak to me. Our kitty thank goodness, had cystitis and 2 shots and meds later we were on our way home to recuperate. What a wonderful place to go, even the Vet Tech and Receptionists were so supportive and understanding of my anxiousness

My dog needed help with her paw and they were so helpful and careful with her. The staff is so sweet and I recommend Western Hills for all of you fur babies needs

Everyone gives so much attention to our little one. During boarding, we receive pictures and text messages. Very professional, also.

We were very happy with the treatment our fur baby received. The technician and Doctor spent time with Buddy and us to explain all that was done in a professional and pleasant manner. The facilities were clean and the procedures professional.

Thank you for always being there for my crew - even when I can't be. I have to say, the crew at Western Hills is the BEST!

Emily was awesome trying to get my fearful pup out of my car. She returned with my dog 10 minutes later with medicines and receipt. Good job ladies!
