Western Motorcoach, Inc reviews
12The bus ride was fine. The driver did nothing with our luggage. There was 6 of us and other people. We had to crawl in the bus and get our own luggage out. This was the first time this has ever happened. Not good.
Western Motorcoach isn’t lying when they say they’re the leader in the industry. I booked a shuttle bus for our Christmas party and let me tell you! First off, I spoke to Kelley, and she was great! So curious and polite. She walked me through what I needed for my party and gave me a wonderful price. I received confirmation emails shortly after confirming all the details. On the day of my event, I got the drivers name (Rebecca) and a last confirmation of details. When the bus showed up I was amazed. A beautiful white shuttle bus arrive. It was spotless on the outside and spotless on the inside. The bus rode so smooth and all my guest liked the leather seats, wood floors and blue accent lights. Our driver Rebecca was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable on current road closures in the area and let us know ahead of time that she would be taking a different route. KUDOS! The night went off with out a hitch and Rebecca was standing by to shuttle us back to our hotel when we were finished. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend Western Motorcoach and will utilize their service over and over again. Thank you Western! You are definitely above all!
We got stuck driving with a caravan of these busses. They were very aggressive drivers and not in a good way. And then hogged up the left lane NOT going fast and not passing. It was awful. Do not recommend.
A bus driver with your company traveling in Frisco, TX on 6-19-23 ran a red light at a Main and Teel. I could not get number of bus due to he was going so fast. The speed limit is 45 mph and when he ran the red light was estimated going 60 mph. Please look through your logs and find this driver. He needs off the streets!
Just got home from a 9 day Diamond Tours trip chartered on WM. Bus was clean (we had some issues with the bathroom but they were resolved as quickly as the driver could get it done) and very comfortable. Our driver, Eva, was friendly and fun. She drove safely and did her best to drop us off right at the door everywhere we went. Would definitely recommend!
Went to New Orleans had a great time the driver was great I believe his name was Reginald he kept us laughing and very professional

Feb. 13 - 17 I was on a tour with Solo Travelers International and we used Western Motorcoach for our transportation around New Orleans! Our driver was Morris and he did a fantastic job getting us to and from place to place! He was always on time and listened to our requests and he always had a smile on his face! Thank you Western Motorcoach for making our tour so wonderful!

I rode on a Western Motorcoach charter bus from Chicago to Houston, and it was a HORRIBLE experience (and that is an understatement). First, there was a cockroach infestation all over the bus-on the windows, under the chairs, on our seats, inside the vents, and crawling all through the bathroom. The bathroom situation was so bad we had to have someone guard the restroom door with Clorox and a shoe to prevent the roaches from getting out; we killed at least 40 roaches on the entire trip. Cockroaches spread all sorts of diseases, and this was truly an unsanitary, hellish nightmare. Second, the driver was extremely rude. Before the bus even started moving, the driver told us to "Shut Up" because "insects" were no big deal. Third, the chairs were falling apart, and the tray tables were flimsy and didn't work. I genuinely do not know how poor the buses are maintained and cleaned when they are out of use; after all, how neglected and dirty must the bus be to attract so many roaches? This will be my only and final experience with Western Motorcoach; riding a school bus would be better.
As a member and witness of the trip from Chicago to Houston, I agree that the experience was downright horrenous. There was such poor maintenance clearly evident by the fact that a few students found a family of cockroaches in the back seats, as well as some creepy crawlies making their way through vents and the restroom. Because of this, my school traveling group and I were barely able to sleep, maximizing about 2 hours because of everyone's constant fear of potential roaches crawling their way on the floors, even possibly through people's legs and arms, utterly hampering the sleep that we could have received. It's a pain and it's just unfortunate that roaches have such flexible exoskeletons that it makes them a burdensome to terminate. I've also heard that roaches could potentially carry diseases and bacteria such as salmonella, staphylococcus and streptococcus, which would not fun to contract along the trip. The plentiful existence of roaches in the bus was so bad that one student was willing to stand up for several hours stomping on roaches, clean roaches in the bathroom with some clorox wipes (he also witnessed roaches crawling on his hand), which I believe should not be the consumer's responsibility. Instead we would have much rather have this bus inspected by a cleaning team beforehand, which clearly there was lack of. The chairs and the collapsible tables were not very sanitary and some complained of stains and remnants of stuff on the seats. The vehicle also lingered of the smell of cigarretes which was just terrible to begin with, because ain't no way people wanna breathe that.
Our trip was about rougly 20 hours, and undoubtedly, everyone was so reliefed when they finally exited the ostentatious vehicle. Succinctly, I am downright disappointed in my experience with this company, and would have rathered have my flight delayed than experience 20 hours of this predicament.
