8It was my first appointment, my doctor buford was super nice and patient. I speak very little English but Sara helped me a lot to translate while Leah wrote every detail of the prescription, she even wrote some words in Spanish. I felt very comfortable, everyone was very friendly and kind
I saw David Smith at Westlake Derm and was very impressed! He was very patient, understanding and explained everything he was speaking about. He was supportive of my current skincare routine and suggested cost effective solutions for one issue, as the products up front are a bit pricey! The office is beautiful and everyone was so nice. I will be back in a year per his suggestion for an annual check. I had never been to a dermatologist before and this was a great first experience. Thanks Westlake Derm and David and my nurse (I totally missed her name!)
Love this place! Nicole Hill is amazing. No bruising! I have almost always had at least a little bruising. Also, repaired a previous issue with filler. Love her!
This was my second visit to Westlake Dermatology for a medical issue and I’m continually impressed by their office. Their staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable that I was receiving excellent care and I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes.
Great doctor, awesome staff. Had some difficulties working with the billing department, but was so impressed by the efforts of Shay (Shea?) to hear those out, recognize the issue and manage the situation. I can’t promise you won’t get a lot of overzealous automated messages about your bill, but I can attest that the humans behind them respond with grace.

I had a wonderful experience at Westlake Dermatology in Belterra. I went in for my first full body checkup and they made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up having 1 biopsy and two spots frozen and it was all pain free and overall a great experience. I recommend Westlake Dermatology to anyone that has any skin concerns.
