Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Round Rock reviews
12Another great visit at Westlake. Valerie was welcoming and gave me all the information I needed regarding my product inquiry. Always the best care.
Tristan and Sydney were both very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my concerns. Great overall experience!
From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, Tristin was pleasant and courteous. I was pleased with how professional and knowledgeable Bernice is. She was very thorough and I would highly recommend her.
Went to buy product and Val and Tristan went beyond and helped me including giving me a discount on the product! Great customer service! Thank you.
I grew up using baby oil and iodine to help get a tan. All I got were sunburns and freckles- lol. Went to get checked for skin cancer and have a few moles looked it. Everything turned out good. Dr. Allison was great, as were the other employees. Very friendly and professional.
Scheduled appointment six months ago, and confirmed twice before appointment, only to find out on day of visit that they don't even do the testing I was scheduled for! Then they denied what they scheduled me for. Rude staff, unprofessional manager stated I wouldn't even be billed. Two weeks later, got a bill.
Amazing doctors and staff. Thankful for Tristan and Sarah with their wonderful knowledge of the skincare products!
I had an excellent experience at Westlake Dermatology. Friendly staff and they were able to get my issue resolved without a follow up visit. Keep up the good work!
I had a wonderful consultation with Leti Hernandez regarding a potential surgery. We had spoken before and I have found her to be extremely caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was also pleased with my experience with Leslie who administered Dysport injections. Westlake is a beautiful facility and I look forward to many visits there!
Dr. Moseley is absolutely fantastic. I love her; I feel so confident and safe with her in my medical care. Incredible bedside manners and such a kind person. The clinic is very beautiful as well. Highly recommend!
I went to go to a simple mole check appointment. During the appointment the practitioner pointed out that I had a few spots of actinic keratosis that should could "freeze off real quick" with some liquid nitrogen. Mind you this took all of 2 minutes and liquid nitrogen can be bought by the gallon for about $20.00. Much to my disgust, I later got a bill in the mail for $500. What in the world? They billed it as a surgical procedure.
If you are going to perform a surgical procedure with a high copay on something that isn't even close to life or death, you might want to check if the person can afford it. I could barely afford my copay for the appointment, much less a surgical procedure that wasn't needed and I was given no cost estimation for. Looking into Texas medical billing laws this appears to be on the border of illegal. You cannot perform a $500 procedure and not warn someone of the cost first.
I have no money for this, this place is guilty of not following proper procedure/prior auth rules, and it's just not a good business model to not make sure a client can afford a procedure. I'd rather this go to collections and settle for 20% of this or hire a lawyer than give this shady practice one more dime.
I was highly disappointed when I left my first visit a few days ago. I felt nothing was accomplished instead they told me to come back in two months for some kinda treatment but failed to notify me that the treatment is hundreds of dollars and not covered by insurance. I made a dermatology appt not an esthetician appt. The medication called in was not covered either so basically I left there with the same problems I went in with with no solutions. I am just furious.
