Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery - Marble Falls

I really cannot say enough good things about this office. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and nice. I had been to a dermatologist before but no one had compared to Dr. Wood. I came in with my concerns and she gave me a few different options for what she thought would work. After trying a few things we landed on accutane to treat my acne. I didn’t come in to my monthly appointment looking forward to getting my next months prescription, but rather just getting to catch up with Dr. Wood. She made such an effort to get to know me and connect on a personal level and by the time I knew it, my treatment was over. Leaving the office for the last time I was happy to have a clear face but also sad because I wouldn’t have our monthly catch-ups anymore. I had the best experience with Dr. Wood and would recommend her to to anyone on the line about coming here.
Aside from how nice everyone is, the lobby was always clean and aesthetically pleasing. We never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be brought back into a room and even less time than that to see Dr. Wood. The appointments were fast and efficient and she always answered all of my questions. The front desk ladies were also super sweet and always helpful in booking another appointment and remembering to print out a school note for me.

These folks seem to have it together. We had been with a hospital chain who seemed to be quick to cut. It’s refreshing to work with care providers who are truly patient centric. We really like Dr. Woods and recommend her highly.

I had a recent appointment with Dr. Chodkiewicz and his staff to remove a basel cell skin cancer on my head. He did a very effective treatment to the effective area, got me stiched up and for now all is well. Everyone involved were professional and very patient friendly. Westlake Dermatology will be my skin care professional from now on!

The entire staff were very courteous and nice. Very timely with no long wait. Nurses were fantastic and my Dr. Was excellent at handling my problem and ensuring my scarring was minimal.

Business practice needs to be further refined.

I waited there for almost an hour as a new patient while watching all the late comers receiving their services. I received no apology from the office. What a disappointment it was. Why was I even scheduled for the time slot when it was not going to be delivered? ! I walked away wondering what happened there? !

So easy to make an appointment online. My preferred appointment time was honored right on time, and the services provided were excellent. I highly recommend Westlake Dermatology.
