The staff are terrific here and very buttoned up. I have 4 stars instead of 5 bc the one area they could improve upon is letting the patient know of big fees BEFORE they incur them and not afterwards. I was charged for Multifocal lenses and had no idea that it would cost me an additional $150 until it was too late. In hindsight I would have still agreed to do the fitting for that rate however I would have appreciated knowing that so I could decide on my own beforehand. Otherwise everything was terrific at the dr is both patient and very informed.

As others have stated, this place really tries to upsell you as much as possible. The most frustrating medical experience I’ve had was calling Westlake Eyecare to obtain a copy of my prescription so I could purchase contacts and glasses at a third party, and they actively argued with me and tried to coerce me into buying directly through them. A patient should never have to ask firmly three times for access to their own medical records.

This place is the worst. Ive never had such a terrible experience at a medical facility.

Majority of the staff were super rude and snappy. The point is to help people seeking treatment, not bully people into buying additional things they’re not needing and be extremely rude when they refuse the add-ins.

This business is run by bullies. Don’t go here and don’t work here. Unless you’re a bully. You’ll fit right
