Jackie the manager is amazing, she is patient, kind and understanding. I have lived here for four years and she is the first manager that has addressed me by name when I visit the office. I am in the process of transferring and she has made this a stress free transition.

I have just recently moved in and absolutely love my new place and apartment complex. The complex is nicely manicured and clean.the whole staff was a pleasure and was always willing and available to help with my move in. The application and move in process was very efficient

Be aware they will toll your car if you back in parking space! $328 dollars lesson! Everyone be aware this is not something they tell you on the front end!

I just want to express how much I appreciate Ms. Jayme in the front office. She's very kind and ways willing to help. If you want a place of vaule with great customer service I suggest Forest Oaks. Might I mention I've been at this community 12 years!:)

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with Forest Oaks. The Assistant Manager Jayme and the new Property Manager Jackie have really made a difference in the apartment community and definitely in the office. Thank you ladies for making this place feel like home.

Loved Jayme and the maintenance Guy I forgot his name but they were the best every call and step away they where here even with our little small issues they got everything resolved when calling love it n I love my new apartment thank you guys so much

Great place to live. Very quite. Office staff is great and management is making many improvements of the community. I definitely recommend to live here. Keep up the great work to make this place feel like home!

So it was brought to my mom's attention that the manager finally was fired. I truly hope the new manager makes changes and is nice. It's unfortunate it too sooo long to get rid of her but glad management finally listened to the residents. Although my mom is no longer a resident there, I hope things can improve for the other residents there.

And till this day, I cannot understand how they have that manager working there. She is the worst! Office hides from residents, never answers the phone, make the residents feel invisible. All my mom tried to do there was live peacefully and pay her bills on time! First they gave her so much trouble with registering her dogs, then they have hidden fees, the office is corrupt, and the list goes on. I cannot express how unprofessional this office is! It is beyond me on how these ladies are still employed. I cannot mention names as my review will get taken down but when you call (if they answer) or visit the office, you will know who they are. They have constantly tried to screw my mom over any way they can. They never sent her a renewal offer letter. My mom went to the office about 3 times to ask for this and for the rate. The assistant let her know she would be going from $1165 to $1210 for a 2 bed 2 bath. They still did not sent renewal and my mom went to the office only so they can tell her she heard wrong and her new rate today was $1410. How corrupt can you be!? Also, they were charging her a mtm fee for no reason. Her lease does not expire until the end of this month! I truly hope the management company does something about this and reads the reviews!

I have lived here for going on 4 years, and am impressed how much things continue to get better! Especially with the manager named Jayme! She is very personable! She is the main reason I am eager to renew for another year!

Yesterday I stopped by the apartment house for information and the Manager Jackie provided wonderful customer service. Although there was no units available at the time but I will definitely be back to this property.

Jacqueline was very nice when I called about wanting to find an apartment and she was able to help me move in within a timely manner and i have enjoyed living here!

Just ask any resident before you rent from this place, Just be careful. When anyone asks the current residents they will know why?
You giving yourself good reviews. In reality people leaving this place not renewing leases.
If I have to write why I would write a full page.

This is the worst company to deal with ever! My car was towed and no one could tell me their towing company not to mention I’ve called numerous times to no avail! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

I’ve lived here for over a year and this will be my last year they never answer the phone! I’ve been with out cold a/c for a week now.been trying to contact the office all day but they never answer. And when they answer they are rude (this is not the first time I try to contact them). They need to do better or hire more people this is Ridiculous.

My move-in process with Jayme the leasing manager/ asm was the smoothest I’ve had since living in an apartment community. She assisted me with all items needed from electricity to renters insurance to take the stresses of moving off of me. I’m excited to call forest Oaks my new home. Thank you Jayme L

I have lived here for almost 6 months now and I absolutely love it. The office staff is wonderful and always helpful. The maintenance team is very prompt and always get the job done. Jayme the leasing manager was extremely kind and if you bring her an issue she will get it resolved as quickly as she can. She also does a great job on following up with previous inquiries to make sure the job has been completed adequately.

The property has come along way. The manager Jamie has been very helpful in all sorts of ways. I appreciate her always talking to me when I have a issue.
My newest issue is living on the first floor. It's so nerve wracking, I can hear everything! Loud noises, children running back and forth over the floor. If you say anything to the tenant, they get upset about it. It's no consideration for others. I will be moving when my lease expires.
