3Giving one star because Dr Koretsky is amazing. However the way the clinic is ran and their policies are not. If you want to be able to call your Dr and get ahold of someone- Stay away from this clinic. They NEVER answer their phone. You are required to leave a msg on the voicemail or send a msg in the app. Per the office manager, there is one person whose sole job is to triages voicemails full time. Not sure why that person can’t answer phone calls and provide customer service to the patients that are giving this clinic business. We will find a clinic that appreciates their patients enough to answer the phone.
Been trying to get a hold of the office. No answer. Had to drive to the office to actually get a quick answer. Front desk was on their phones.
Saw the PA this time but she was just as great as Dr Koretsky. She listened to my concerns and we made a plan together. Great bedside manner.
