It was my son’s first time and it was such a great experience. Everyone in the office was very helpful, I definitely recommend!

Dr. Mali is amazing! Our family has been going to her since 2020, and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. She has a special way with kids that turns a potentially daunting experience into a fun adventure. Her office is not only clean but also a kid's dreamland. Highly recommend!

My daughter visited this dentistry June 8th for her first appointment. My husband said the dentist was very nice. Her 6month follow up was this past December 8th. I get there to find out that I have a balance. I ask why wasn’t that communicated to me prior to today? I ask did you send me mail (I know they hadn’t but I had to ask). They said no. I ask did you call. They said no. How would I know the insurance company didn’t pay if you guys don’t tell me? They refused to see my daughter after I sat in Houston traffic. My problem isn’t the refusal of service. It’s the lack of notification in advance of the appointment. They had 6 months to notify me. Also the front desk associate was very dismissive as she kept saying she didn’t work in billing. When you deal with customers you represent the entire business. If you don’t want it to be on you then don’t ask me about billing. I wanted to support as a black owned business but I will not be returning.

Professional, efficient, organized, empathetic, and caring Dentist and staff. They helped my 8 yr old in an extensive emergency dental situation that 3 other offices would not accommodate! I stumbled upon this office in desperation. Turned out to be such a pleasure, not one glitch. I highly recommend Dr. Mali. I will sincerely forever be grateful for what she did for him. Dr. Mali worked with her team got it done, and made us both feel most welcomed and at ease. Such a reassurance that I knew he was in great hands with Dr. Mali the whole time!

The employees and the doctor are AMAZING! My son got surgery and the doctor was super sweet and informative she let me know before and after his procedure made me feel safe. Thanks to the doctor and her team my son loves going to the dentist now and he hated going to the dentist prior to them.

My daughter needed extensive treatment and I was very nervous as a mother I did a lot of research and seen the reviews so we went in for an appointment and I’m so grateful because the reviews were most accurate.if you’re looking for a dentist and dental staff that actually cares and are very professional courteous and knowledgeable this is the place to go! Dr. Mali is truly a joy she’s such a beautiful person and really cares for her patients! Mrs Lupe held my hand every step of the way she’s so understanding and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done you can see the work these ladies do is more than just a job it’s their passion and it shows through their work my daughters teeth are so much better and with they’re help we will be keeping them healthy! Dr Mali is so patient, informative and communicative.
My son had previous bad experiences with his teeth and he was having kind of phobia even in applying the fluoride on his teeth every 6 month.
Dr Malawi was awesome and she helped him to overcome his fear and to be looking forward visiting the her clinic, despite all his previous problems and experiences. We are always happy to visit her clinic and I'm recommending her to friends and family.

I've been taking my teen grandson to Dr Mali for two years. We have never had anything but the best of experiences. The office staff is personable and helpful. The techs are good at what they do. Dr Mali is exceptional. She provides details of the current issues and formulates a plan so we all know what's in store going forward. Haven't yet asked at what age Dr Mali would suggest he transition to an adult dentist, but as long as she's willing to see him we aren't going anywhere else.

From start to finish the attention was great! Highly recommend them to everyone. I brought my 13 year old daughter in for a cleaning and they were extremely helpful with after care and gave us the knowledge to make her gums better and ready for braces.

A good dentistry practice for children as my kids love it there. The environment is super clean and the Dr is down to Earth with explaining things to you. I recommend it at anytime to parents

This was our first time at West Park Pediatric Dentistry and from the front desk to the end of our visit was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with kids. They were so patient and gentle with my six year old son.

I drive 45 minutes from inner loop of Houston to Westpark Pediatric and it’s worth the drive every time.
Everyone in the office creates an environment for my son (5) and I to enjoy our time at the dentist. Dr. Molly is outstanding and I joyfully recommend her to anyone interested.
