Westside KinderCare, El Paso TX

Just called to gather information about potentially sending my child. The lady who answered was extremely rude could not be bother to answer any of my questions was not friendly at all. Would never step foot in there after this.

Finding Kindercare has truly been a blessing for us since moving to El Paso, and not really knowing anyone in the area. Now our 3 kids have made tons of new friends and are in the care of teachers who we truly believe care about their wellbeing and have their best interests at heart. Our kids look forward to every day at school and it's a great comfort to us to be able to leave our little ones somewhere where our minds can be set at ease. We know that every day they are learning, being creative and having fun.

Kindercare has the best child care facility in West El Paso. Ms. Barbara, Ms. Louisa, Ms. Rosa, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Rita, Ms. Mela Ms. Janet as well as the rest of the staff have many decades of experience instructing and taking care of precious little ones.

Personally, they took care of my Son and Daughter for 8 years. Ms. Barbara always finds a way to help meet your scheduling demands and take care of your little treasures.

Kindercare became an extended part of our Family. This is why I highly recommend Kindercare for your Childcare and early education needs for you little precious ones.

Great place, nice teachers and very personable team. Ms. Barbara clearly goes out of her way to keep you comfortable, and definitely they try to get the best out of every child.

Both of my boys (4 yo and 1 yo) attend KinderCare and absolutely love it! The positive environment is truly remarkable, and the teachers are incredibly friendly and attentive. It's evident that they prioritize high-quality education, which gives me great confidence in my sons’ growth and development. The Westside KinderCare is a fantastic place for young learners to thrive!

Our daughter has been here since she was 6 months old. She is now going on 2. We have never had an issue. All the care takers are very welcoming and caring. We always have peace of mind leaving our daughter and feel that she is in good/safe hands. This place is amazing. We are very thankful to the whole staff at kindercare for the level of care our daughter receives.

I am very grateful for finding Kinder Care. I feel at ease when I leave my daughter at daycare while I am at work. My baby is well taken care of. Ms. Norma, Ms. Louisa, Ms. Rosa, Natalia, Yesenia and all the ladies in the infant care room are great with the babies. I can say all staff is very welcoming and will answer any questions you have. My nephew also attended Kinder Care during the summer and had a wonderful experience! Mrs. Barbara has done beautiful job creating a nice atmosphere for everyone around. First and foremost, this daycare is accredited, meaning they are rigorously reviewed by a 3rd party, national agency. The curriculum is created by child education experts. All of these things were really important to us when looking for a daycare for our kids and there are very few daycares in El Paso that can meet those standards.

I have two daughters who currently attend KinderCare. The first one started at KinderCare when she was 3 and a 1/2, and my youngest started when she was around 7 months. When my eldest daughter first started attending KinderCare, she joined Ms. Cindy's class. Under the care of Ms. Cindy, she developed all of the skills that she needed to successfully enter into elementary school. She was ahead of her peers and was able to join the gifted and talented program. I think a large part of her success has been because of the tools she learned at KinderCare. My eldest, now 7, goes to KinderCare during school breaks and gets to do fun things like going to the water park, going to the movies, gymnastics, and hiking. My youngest daughter, now 3 and a 1/2, just started in Ms. Cindy's class. She is thrilled to learn and excited to go to school everyday.

The school directors, Ms. Barbara and Ms. Luisa, are genuinely a part of our family. They know the ins and outs of our lives, are always there to support us with whatever personal struggles we're going through, and know our kids on a deeper level. All the teachers we've had for my youngest daughter, from the infant room to where she's currently at right now, have helped to guide her emotionally and academically into the confident little person she is today. Finally, the meals they serve to the kids are well-balanced and delicious.

If you're looking for a daycare, do your homework; look at the curriculum and accreditation data, visit the facility, speak to other parents, to the teachers, and to the directors. You will see that KinderCare goes above and beyond for their kids.

We are grateful to have found such a great place to put our little girl. In the months that she has been at this Kindercare location, she has blossomed and learned so much. We absolutely love Ms. Barbara, Ms. Luisa, her current teachers Ms. Rommelyn, Mrs. Sharon, and the other teachers she has interacted with. They are all extremely caring, helpful, and genuinely kind people that truly enjoy teaching and caring for the children that attend this daycare. This place has been a true blessing for our family, and we look forward to being a part of the Kindercare community for as long as we can!

I would give zero stars if I could. I told Barbara Kehr that I was new to El Paso, looking for work and MAY need day care if I found a job. The rates were extremely high and even with a discounted rate through the Army, I wasn't going to be able to send my children to her center. I gave her an approximate date of when I wanted to put my kids into the center, but I didn't know how long it would take for me to find employment. She took that approximation date and CHARGED ME, sent me to collections and then later told me that she had tried to contact me about it. My phone never rang, nor did I receive a single email saying, "Hey, today's your start date, where are the kids? " I found out through a letter in the mail that the balance was in collections. I had never even filled out registration forms for my kids, nor an agreement saying I was even putting them into the center. How dishonest and foul to treat any family this way, but to do this to a service member who relies on keeping a good credit score to maintain clearance? I would advise you look elsewhere for your daycare needs than someone who will take your information and arbitrarily charge you at will for a service they never provided.

Edit for the woman who doesn't believe my post because I referenced the Army rate: We're a ***two-parent**** household. I wanted to go to work (hence my need for daycare) and my HUSBAND is in the Army. So yeah. That's how that works.

Ms Barbara and the whole staff are great. Food is amazing and healthy. Facility is clean. We’ve tried multiple different places in westside El Paso and this is by far the best daycare in town.
