Bad buisness bad service no accountability This is not the way professionals should do buisness Customer service is number one and in this case the customer was taken advantage of make it right and fix what you broke

Very satisfied with the service. They made my experience quite pleasant considering our favorite car was deemed a total loss after a bad accident. Amber, office manager, was polite and very helpful in setting up the transfer of our vehicle and even called back after it was delivered to make sure it was done right. Brandon, the driver, was very professional and did an excellent job when loading, driving and unloading our car. The tow truck was almost new and you can tell they take good care of their equipment.

Brandon, Walter, Josh, and Amber are Fantastic. Anytime I have ever needed anything simple or complex they are only a phone call away, Wouldn't trust anyone else to tow vehicles for me:) Thanks Westway!

Great service for our Silverado 2500. AAAput us off for 48 hours. These guys were expert and prompt. Highly recommended.

Fast Service & Punctual. David was on time, got me hooked up quick, texted me a picture when he arrived at where he was taking it.

I tried to pick up my car today only to be told that they’re closed on Sundays while their hours posted online say differently. I wish this business would be more professional and update their hours since it’s very misleading.

My Vehicle needed to be Towed Somewhere. I picked up the Phone and called WestWay Towing. Someone answered within 3 Rings.

I told them where I was and where I need to be Towed. They confirmed my Phone Number and told me they’ll have a driver at my location within 30 minutes.

Phone Call was over in less than 5 minutes.

25 minutes later, I get a Phone Call from the Driver telling me he has arrived.

Once my Vehicle arrived where it needed to go, the Driver sent me pictures of exactly where they left the Vehicle to ensure I was satisfied with the drop off location.

We thanked each other for doing Business and continued on with our Lives.

I had an accident off of 529 and ended up in a ditch and needed to be pulled out. Called AAA and 3 hours later still no one. Called Westway towing and they were there in 15 minutes and had me out and on my way.

Walter @ Westway was very helpful in getting my wife's Explorer towed to Mac Haik Ford. He was responsive, prompt and polite. The tow truck driver took care be sure all our personal belongings were taken out of the car and helped calm my children telling them the car was going to the doctor and they would get their car back when it was well.

Tow driver Josh Sherer is an excellent employee. Josh towed my son’s vehicle and went the extra mile to make me feel that my sons vehicle was a priority. I highly recommend Westway Towing and Josh Sherer.

I had my car towed today by Walter with Westway Towing. What can I say, Walter was on time, professional and courteous. He even went out of his way and called couple of mechanics to make sure that my repair shop wasn't taking advantage of me. He's been in the business for 40 years and has seen and heard of everything. You rarely find people genuinely willing to help and when you do, you don't forget them. I would highly recommend Westway Towing for any of their services. My vehicle was impounded due to an arrest, so the situation was not the greatest. The gentlemen at Westway though made the process simple, almost like 1,2,3 instructions. Even though I was a nuisance with my constant calling, they stayed calm, patient and respectful. Now I just need them to be my go to towing company when I'm in a bind

Towing your car is never fun, but the professionals at Westway made it very easy and they were beyond kind. The dispatcher, Amber, was very helpful and gave me the rate upfront. She also sent the info to the driver before we had finished our call, which helped with the wait. The driver, Charlie, called me within a few minutes and was headed my way. I believe I waited roughly 20 minutes total, which is amazing. He made sure to inform me of everything I needed to know and he stopped to ask if I needed anything from the car before he left. I was alittle bit stressed and he was very kind and helpful. He also asked if I needed a ride or had a way home and told me he was sorry I was starting my day with a tow. It was so nice to have professional service all the way around, and they were super fast and kind, which is icing on the cake.
