6Two little girls they were burning houses and we tried to talk to the parents parents never spoke with them
It's the worst place you can live in. A lady named Roya is the best friend of the Manger Celia they both act together to get people to buy the trailers and then evict them for any reason. Trash pure trash.plus rats, lots of them, some l home, should be condemned by the city.
This lady Celia sells rotten trailers and then up the price and says that the water is high and people have leaks lie, lies. The lady is a fraud I talk to tenants here and they said the same thing when she trys to lie about the water.she is stealing people's money.

Management is never available but they obviously constantly have time to leave threatening letters at residences for unwarranted reasons. Not a pleasant place to live with all the harrassment.
The manager is rude and rude and never wants to solve the real problems and is very absurd her rules and policies as she demands other things but doesn't require dirty tenants to clean
