Speaking of everyone in the operation (dentists, hygienists, and office personnel) : Of course professional. Also, tender and gentle, friendly, engaged, and… Never had a bad experience.

My whole family goes to Dr Murrey for our dental needs. We love the whole staff, they are all very professional and kind.

Awesome Dentist office. This was our (my wife and I) second visit. All of the staff are very professional and courteous. We have seen both doctor's Dr. Ashley K. Murrey and Dr. Lindsey Horwedel, both wonderful. The most recent visit our hygienist's Samantha and Jane were very gentle, thorough and professional. I highly recommend this office.

I had my first cleaning at Westworth Village Family Dentistry and could not be more impressed. Samantha, my dental hygienist, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Murrey was great as well. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Went to this dentist for 2 years. Nice people, work is not good. I had the most cavities in my life at this dental office. Somehow ended up with 7 cavities my first visit and every visit after that has been correcting the same cavities that they were supposed to address the first time.

I’ve had to pay for multiple fillings on teeth that had already been worked on. I scheduled an appointment to address some work that was done on my previous visit, ended up canceling due to work. They said no problem and next thing I know, I’m receiving a bill for cancelling.

Staff is nice, work is shotty I wouldn’t waste my time or money at this place.

So, here is my experience. Office manager, or whoever she is on the front desk, was so arrogant and not professional that I could not believe.lt was my 1st and the last visit. All I needed to do was cleaning, and I said that I have x-ray done 3 months ago, in case they need them, and my ex dentist can provide my scan, because I don't want to expose myself to radiation way too often. She said that Jefferson needs to do their own x-ray and they can't accept someone's else imaging!? !? !? I declined to do something all over again, especially if I have results ready and easy accessible, and more over, frequent radiation increases cancer risk significantly, and that is main reason why I don't want to do it twice in 3 months. She said, "If I don't want to let them do my X-ray, she will need to cancel my appointment. Really? !? Is it possible that Jefferson really doesn't care if you get cancer one day? All they care about is to charge you for something you already have and put more money in their pocket. That is an embarrassing, sad, and not healthy business policy.
