Whataburger, Missouri City TX

I love this burger place because the food is always hot & good & the price is competitive with other burger joints in the area. The mens restrooms need some attention and that's about it.

I just have to say that you guys have an employee there by the name of DRE, who is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He went ABOVE and BEYOND in taking of care of my order. I work in the food delivery establishment and was having a pretty bad afternoon. Dre could tell and helped me get my order in correctly and did it with a smile and a real caring attitude. I observed him, while waiting for the order, as he took care of other customers and his smile, calming attitude and a real genuine care for the customers and their orders, while very busy, was humbling to watch. This young man is going places in life and I felt incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him. Whatever Whataburger is paying him, is not enough. Give this young man a raise! Great job Dre! Much respect sir!

The staff was very upbeat and assistive. The order was redone and ready for pickup per customer request.

This is the closet location to my home and I try my very best to never go. I waited 17 minutes for my food and it was wrong. This is my experience on every visit. There’s a long wait even if I’m the only one in line. This has been like this since the location opened.

They seems to be confuse' And they messed my order up after I repeated it twice. I get to work with my order to find out my order has onion and they forgot my tomatoes

The line doesn’t move. The employees are in now hurry so “fast food” isn’t really an option. I would go more often if I didn’t have to wait a week to get my order. It’s BS.

I came to this location waited in line for about 10 minutes before they took my order then I waited another 20 mims to receive my order while waiting I seen a customer come from inside so during the time of all that waiting my 8year old daughter had ro use the restroom so after watching another customer come out I went inside to take my daughter to use the restroom with a mask on and was bomb rushed at the door yelling no no no don't come in here Noone is allowed so I asked them after I spent money and ordered you tell me my 8yr old daughter can't use ur restroom they said no so I politely walked back to my car and cancelledy ordered absolutely the worst place to go vile disrespectful employees and a lying manager who when i cancelled my order and ask for the GM number provided me her cell phone number so I had to look up how their head quarters number to file a complaint with their corporate office dont eat at this location ever don't spend a dime with them

Love Whataburger. Fresh tasting burgers, great selection, affordable prices and burgers fixed the way I like. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The person that was taking the orders was very polite and accurate in reading what and how you wanted the food fixed. The cook fixed my burger as I asked.
Not being able to sit and enjoy the meal is missed but overall things were great.

I ordered a curbside order and it said 5-7 mins. I got there and I have to wait for 30 mins for my food. I have to got out of my car and get my food. I didn’t have enough time to eat it cuz I año my have 30 min break.

Spent 5 hours in the ER All we wanted was a delicious whataburger. What we got was the worst, dried out, cardboard tasting thing I have ever tried to eat. Will NEVER go back. Disgusting

I wanted to change my order at the drive thru but the response was, it had already been sent! Getting my order, I ordered a mixed shake, when I got to the window I had 2 shakes and they would not do a refund.

Paid for additional toppings on multiple burgers. All burgers were missing the additional toppings. Tried to call but number listed does not work. Really annoying considering how much extra each ingredient adds up.

This location is alright, but I have been to better. The food is a hit or miss. If you are hungry or in a rush, you will be fine stopping here. I been going here for 1 year and never got sick.

I spent $40 ordered food for 6 people of which I had to repeat several times and then was asked to go to the window to repeat again. They did not have a drink holder so O had to make so alone.

O. M. G. I JUST ORDERED A DOUBLE MEAT WHATABURGER AFTER GOING ALL DAY WITHOUT EATING AND WHEN I GOT HOME THERE WAS A F***ING DEAD SPIDER INSIDE THE WRAPPER SO I THREW THE WHOLE DAMN BURGER AWAY!

I AM BEYOND PISSED AND DISGUSTED. I JUST ATE 2 BIG BOWLS OF CEREAL BECAUSE I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE DRIVING BACK UP THERE BECAUSE I'VE BEEN AT WORK SINCE 4: 00AM (NURSE) AND WAS VERY TIRED.
