Restaurant Whataburger reviews
21Every time I have come here it's always been very good food and service. The people are friendly too, some other places could take lessons from them.
Be careful with the dr. Pepper shakes. Sometimes they don't blend them completely and your first sip will be pure syrup. Food was still good. The shake just left a bad taste. Literally.
Visiting from Colorado, we sure have missed Whataburger! I got the Hatch Green Chili Burger & Hubby got the Sweet & Spicy Burger. Both were OUTSTANDING! So much food, we couldn't even finish it all, but were so glad we got to pop into one of our old favorites!
Stopped by this Whataburger on the way home in the PM and ordered the new hatch green chile burger. My burger was super fresh and delicious and the customer service was on point.
Super bad crevice!
I ordered a jalapeño ranch
But they never give to me and then the manager was acting like he dose not care about their costumers.
They don’t treat their OWN employees with respect or curtesy, the nightshift manager will ignore the needs of employees with visible health issues. I walked in the restroom and heard a coughing and come to find out an employee was coughing up blood and to nauseas to walk or stand up correctly, I then asked the employee “why don’t you go home you shouldn’t be working under those conditions “ and the employee then informed me that the manager did not care and that the employee had to continue working.for 6 more hours.but was already coughing up blood just TWO hours in.sad, the employee couldn’t even call out sick due to them not having medical insurance so they could never get a doctors note. I feel so bad for those employees. Not to even mention the numerous times the tall black overnight manager left the store on the clock to go get food from other fast food places. Knowing that leaving any restaurant unmanaged is unsafe, against policy and illegal. This location specifically is TERRIBLE, from what a few overnight employees told me, they FORCE certain workers do overnight shifts WITHOUT paying them the overnight wage (around $10.50) or they would get a write up.i could go on and on about the amount of disrespect, sexism, & broken policies these overnight managers push onto the younger adult employees.but I cannot, the overnight management team deserves to be fired and the other overnight employees DESERVE THE PAY/RESPECT THEY WORK FOR. This behavior does not live up to the family name.i am very disappointed in the way that this location’s overnight staff is treated.if anybody is to get fired it’s should be the overnight managers. And promote the overnight staff, they deserve that.
Whataburger did it again! Seriously guys there’s a difference between HONEY MUSTARD AND HONEY BUTTER. At least the lady in the drive through got the order right. The cooks on the other hand come on guys. I used to literally work here it’s not rocket science!
I go almost every day for lunch and the lady that takes my order is very nice as well as the others in the back no one is shy they all will talk to you and are very respectful and work hard and fast.
I was cutting it close to 11am and I called this location to ask Cameron to make one last Breakfast burger (only made 11pm to 11am) and he made it happen. When I got there Ashley on the microphone gave me great customer service and an enthusiastic tone! Sandy was also pleasant and made sure I had all the condiments I needed for my order! Amazing experience! 5* all day!
This would have to be the worst Whataburger that I have ever been to. For starters, it seems as if the fries are always cold, as if they never make a fresh batch. Burger is always soggy and messy and never uniformed. When I request large fries, that's what i expect. I don't expect large fries to look like a medium. This is the 4th incident where my fries were cold and hard. I really hope you guys do better.
Pretty sure I just had the best Whataburger in my life. Hot and fresh during busy late night hours. That was a good a$$ whataburger sheshhh
Good burger place. Our family likes to eat here after church on Wed nights because they stay open later and they have the best burgers in Texas.
Continuously messing up my order.
I order the most simple thing and yet yall still manage to mess it up.
Please make sure all burgers are to spec.it's not hard to listen and click a button on the screen. Its hard when people are brain dead and cant read what's put on the order.
I went placed my order returned home opened the bag and what I received was not what was on my receipt. I ordered a number six with cheese, bacon, and no pickles or onions I got a single burnt, cold, no cheese with mustard i asked for mayo and no bacon will not be going back anymore pay attention people.
Food was predictable kind of slow on the service compared to the whatabugar on 45 restaurant with clean overall good restaurant
Was actually a decent meal lol me and my dad both purchased a Whataburger Jr. With grilled jalapenos and they were perfect. I live off 45 & little York and the Whataburger there's gotten me sick on multiple occasions so I'm happy to report feeling great after eating at this location and it was very clean. The employees were great with there Texas hospitality and speed thanks guys
The drive thru this morning was on point. The girl taking our order was super friendly. My order was crazy complicated and it was right on the money. We asked for extra condiments and every thing we asked for was in our bag. Hallelujah The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it was early and the coffee didn’t taste fresh.: (
Purchase breakfast Taquitos drive thru. And only to get to work to see my eggs over cooked burned. And Taquitos burned and crumbling apart. What's more upsetting is that you wait on what you think is freshly prepared food only to be Disgusted with the mess you RECEIVED.
That is a good place to eat if you don't have that much money a number 1 it only $7 dolled so is not to bad
What can I say? The best fast food in Texas! Their chicken fajita wrap is my favorite. Wow. Great flavor and healthy!
