Whataburger, Friendswood TX

This location is clean and fast (for a Whataburger that is). Only real down fall is the 1 lane instead of 2. So the drive through backs up during peak hours.

Drive thru breakfast crew needs some serious work. Over 20 min wait to get a BOB and a apple pie. 2 vehicles behind me that already ordered left without paying. When I finally get to the window there's 3 ladies standing around chatting it up and the young gentleman seemed to be the only one working.

My family and I love Whatabuger, but this location consistently gets the orders wrong. I generally have to check the kids meals to make sure they didn't forget the cookie. They did I mentioned it and they fixed it. What I didn't check was the rest on the order. Missing one complete meal and a side of onion rings. You would think this store would finally hire people who can make things right. How hard is it to put an order together, really?

Every restaurant is open for sit down business yet for some reason what a burger still won’t allow it. Not even walk up ordering. I really don’t even like whataburger to begin with, this seals the deal. In&out for the win!

Got a delivery order food was cold and only got half of what we ordered. Usually it’s really good but not today

It taste delicious and I like just as good as another burger place called in n out! It highly recommend

The drive thru had 5 cars in line, but it was very fast and my order was great! Very friendly staff, great job all the way around!

Scewed up my order to go. I asked for a HAMBURGER kids meal with a chocolate chip cookie. And a Double burger all the way meal WHATASIZED.
1. I got a cheese burger with the kids meal.
2. The fries for both meals were ice cold and greasy.
3. The unsweet ice tea tasted bad.
4. This WHATABURGER used to be great. It's been a real let down lately. I won't go to this one again.

We just ordered like 6 meals in the drive thru! And holy cow. Jeremiah (cashier) was a beast at taking the order. Great customer service. We were in the drive thru line no longer than 5 minutes. That’s what I call fast food! AND everything was correct!

Wasnt too impressed with the cashier's customer service and the food was sloppily put together. It tasted ok but eh.

Great food, Haley was really nice. Came from Chicago and heard this place was great, it lived up to its name. I ordered the double meat whataburger, and it came with everything I had expected. The vanilla malts are absolutely fantastic. I wish I could give 6 stars.

One of the best fast food places in Alvin Tx! Food always great! Prices are a lil to high and service is slow but its always worth it for the GREAT food you get! If in a rush do NOT go threw drive threw at lunch rush lol walk in

Jam packed line almost out the door and ONLY 1 PERSON WAS TAKING ORDERS! I understand at this time it may be “busy” but only having 1 person taking orders is not right.

Other than that there was a crazy fly, going crazy just flying around like a f22 jet ️

Food was great, order was correct, staff were friendly.

Staff returned to my table multiple times with napkins and offered to get me a drink of needed.

I absolutely loved this place. They brought my food to my table promptly with an array of condiments and napkins! Best service ever

Saw online how a police detective was not served. Because he was caring his weapon. Since wateraburger does not like cops I will not be giving them my business

I will never Nor my family my fellow police officers and military will patronize this anti-police antiwhite establishment. I hope the manager and his family need the police and they don’t show up. You are all Scum of the earth. And of course the lowlife corporate office personnel won’t fire this sub human manager.

Ordered 3 justaburgers in drive thru. Got home and all had just mustard. 5/14/18 at 6: 59 pm. If you're out of pickles and onions just say so. Guess I'll start holding up the line so i can check each sandwich before i leave.

I'm just here for the comments after the detective was denied service! Exception was made for law enforcement to open-carry in Whataburger. His badge was visible beside his holstered gun. Alas, that employee had zero common sense.

I’m always puzzled why law enforcement officers seem to gravitate toward eating at these disgusting greasy spoons. Even if you’re what the low functioning staff deems an acceptable customer for them to serve, why eat this trash. Extend your life and eat elsewhere.
