Whataburger, Ennis TX

Always friendly. Great place to stop while traveling. It is our normal 1/2 way stop between Oklahoma and Houston.

This location will not allow you to place a phone order, which makes driving and trying to place an order online impossible if alone. Whataburger app is HORRIBLE, navagating the app in a hurry is absolutely atrocious! Make sure to become familiar with the app before you are in a hurry to order. Once you've used the app it is satisfactory at best. Good luck

We love some whataburger and go often. However, 8 out of 10 times there is something not right on the order.

I stop there almost every nite after work in early morning, wish would open lobby up at nite for us late nite people

I went there and they did not give me any of my hash browns for me nor my moms food and they never gave me my fork for my biscuits and gravy

Whataburger is a better than average chain fast food place I'd normally give 4 stars. I was surprised by the mushroom swiss cheese burger. While the meat was well done (not my preference), with the mushrooms and sauce, it was very good and worth the extra star.

Slow to order. Not attentive on the counter. They got one of the kids sandwich wrong. Wait another 10 minutes, went back up to the counter. Another few more minutes before we got a plain burger remade.
They were not busy.

Just a quick drive through on a road trip. Order was correct and meals were as ordered. The fries were a bit old, but happy with our food and service.

They haven’t gotten any order right wether I go or my fiancé goes through drive thru. I’ve gotten the wrong order numerous times even when I ask for a repeat of my order.

This location is a hit or miss. Unfortunately its soo slow unless you go inside. I always ask for fresh fries and check my order in the parking lot.

This isn’t the first time they have messed up my order in drive-thru. Today when I ordered they messed it up completely I asked for a honey biscuit and I got a jalapeño honey biscuit. I also asked for medium fries and I received small but I was still charged with medium. The other times I went with my mother we had asked for larger fries we received small, we asked to make sure they had gravy in all the chicken box’s, because last time they didn’t. We checked it and we had to go back and tell them. They had said there wasn’t enough fries so they gave us small and they only gave us 1 gravy halfway filled and they told her that it was because there wasn’t enough. She had to tell them to make more. Even though it’s their job they should be on top of the food when it looks like it’s running low.

Superclean restaurant. It's almost like a sit-down restaurant with a host that walks around and make sure you get everything you need. The food is always great hot and fresh.

Asked for spicy ketchup only on my double meat burger and then was asked two more times after that by two different employees if that was correct and somehow I ended up with a burger with mustard only. Wasted 10 bucks on a wrong order

They left the guacamole off my bacon guacamole Burger and the air was not working well other than that the service was great

Ordered jr whataburger with no onions/pickles-got BOTH.

The servers must know that people are getting back on the highway with their food & can't turn around to take back an incorrect order. That really is low.

Won't be back.

Use to love the biscuit and gravy from here. Not any more.
McDonald's is where I'll be going from now on. Gravy is watery and biscuits are tough. On top of that I have to prepare it.

Got there at 2AM. Service wasn't fast in drive through, but 2 ladies worked very hard to get food while serving 10 other customers. Not sure what their names where, but they make this whataburger reputable and deserve a raise ASAP

Nice restraint, clean new building, friendly staff but of the hjandful of times I've eaten there, two or 3 times my food has been over cooked.

Just ate here on our way down to Houston. Staff was super friendly& burgers were fresh& plentiful. Best meal I've received from a whaterburger yet. Hell yeah
