Whataburger, San Antonio TX

They took our order real fast. We probably sat for like 10 mins before we got our food. I don't have any complaints about our serves or our food. It's nice when you can go out to eat and not complain about anything.

Cant make an order right even if their life depended on it, slow service, online ordering is a waste of time with these guys, it should make things faster but no, you can order from your house and get there and they will serve 10 people ahead of you. Its the only whataburger close to my job. Cant do anything else about it tho ‍️‍️

This place is ridiculous in the morning. I literally have come by here every morning and had to wait 20 minutes on 2 sausage biscuits between each car wait there is 5 to 7 minutes wait I have never seen anything like this before.service is terrible too slow to be waiting in line this long.

Worst Whataburger I have ever been to. Couldn’t give less than one star.
If you want your food and good service. Don’t go after 9 pm. The night crew had no respect. Several employees were exchanging curse words. Few words were very offensive. Very disappointed

I was told no contactless pay through the window after seeing someone pay contactless before me.

Once again an item was wrong in our order. 3 visits in a row now. I'm not sure what's happening but it needs to stop. WB needs to pay attention to the details of the order and not be clowning around in the prep area. Use fresh ingredients! Be courteous and attentive! If this continues I will reduce my visits to none. Too many places that need business willing to do the right thing. And it starts with management. Not very professional? Your crew will reflect that. I see that as well. Grow up.

The meals were good. I had the avocado bacon burger and it was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.

Wanna give thanks to miguel had a positive attitude and paid attention to the customers. Also they were very attentive to customers even when they had some machine malfunctions and the line was backed up they still made the best of it as much as possible.

I hate when people can’t make my burger right. I mean honestly? Mayo, pickles and onions like? Just pure laziness. The cashier was nice though.

My 9 year son favorite place to eat onion rings. Oh and he also can handle a #1with cheese, lettuce an ketchup only by himself as well!

Good service and excellent food. Only small problem is that every now and then the orders get mixed up

This is one of the closest fast food restaurants to my house. Sadly, I refuse to go back here. I've had my order messed up multiple times. Sorry Whataburger, as good as the food is you lost my business at this location.

Dr. Pepper/sodas tasted bad. Floors were messy
Water was everywhere. Employees were polite and attentive amid all that was wrong. Food order was correct and timely.

Believe it or not got home with my food one burger was missing the meat patty. Every time I order here something is missing.

Trying to call this location. No response. French fries were over fried. Called customer service and made them aware.

Whataburger is my place to go when I can't decide what I want always satisfied! Long line no worries cuz they move fast!

Food was delicious as always. The only reason I docked a star was the wait time was a little high this time.

Great Hamburgers! I like the Fries. Great Customer Service and they took the Meals all the way to our table. We feel like If we were at Home.
