Whataburger, Tomball TX

One of the slowest Whataburger I’ve been too. Today I waited over 15mins for a cheeseburger and fry and it was 1: 30 which isn’t even lunch time. Everyone is friendly and the food is okay but it’s definitely not fast food

Great service and great food. Whataburger is like a beacon in the night for a hungry tired man or woman! They always take care of business! I love them!

What is happening to Whataburger? ! Soggy cold fries and onion rings that taste and look like they were cooked in old oil. Maybe because it wasn’t as busy tonight, but also forgetting things on the order as well. We seem to only have this issue in the pm shift.

Used to love this place, I don't know what happened but the quality of the food seems to have declined quite a bit.

Disappointed! Food cold. This was the second time. I will go back in a month. If this happens again. No more whataburger for me. To eat out is expensive at least give customers hot food.

This Whataburger always gets the order wrong. The ticket will say the correct things but they seem to put whatever they want in the bags. Seriously, my 8 year olds could do a better job.

I really never eat the food only the malts but I had a burger and onion rings and they were really good The staff were kind & courteous!

The one nearest to my place is always packed! For good reason, they make great burgers for a fast food chain, and the portion of fries is always more than enough! The service is also great!

Terrible customer service tonight! We go here a few times and they have missed our sauce a couple times. Tonight we reminded them and they still missed. I mean come on.how hard is it? And then when you call them they don’t have the courtesy to even refund what you paid for the sauces. Let alone that it ruined your dining experience! Plus they have figured out lines, always single line and it gets backed up quick.

Nick has no idea what good customer service is! I asked a simple question that he apparently didn't understand and rather than finding someone who could understand, he hung up on me. I called back to speak with the manager and she apologized on his behalf. I said that she doesn't owe me an apology, Nick did. She asked if I wanted to speak with him and I said yes. I felt he owed me an apology. He acted dubious. I had to ask him if he was the one I just spoke with, he said yes. So I can only assume the long hold time was for the manager to speak with him about the matter before picking up the phone. I then explained to him that the next time someone has a question that he isn't able to answer, he needs to hand the phone to someone else rather than hang up. He then responed ok thank you ma'am, have a great day. I simply responded thank you for not apologizing. That location is no good in my book along with rude and careless.

My dad ate at the original Whataburger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas when it first opened when he was a kid. We were raised on Whataburger. My son was at College in a small Texas town and the nearest Whata was 57 miles one way. When he was homesick he would drive all the way there to eat a Whataburger. Imagine how thrilled we were when we saw a Whataburger being built a couple of miles from our home. Now imagine how disappointing it is that this store is the worst one in Texas. The staff is friendly but totally incompetent. The NEVER get our order correct, leave things out of the bag, the meat is not caramelized, it's gray on the outside and still pink in the middle. The burgers have no seasoning and taste like absolutely nothing. A terrible disappointment. When you get home and your order is totally wrong and try to call them, they don't answer the phone. When you go back the next day they say you should have called and got the manager's name for replacement. Last Friday we were getting two meals replaced from the week before, and we paid for a third meal. Three burgers, not a single one was correct! One was all the way. One was mayo, lettuce, tomato and mayo only. The third was plain and dry with cheese. These are not complicated orders. I finally got the manager on the phone and she said she was NOT making those burgers a third time. Wow.after two misfires I guess I'm supposed to just give up. I am pretty done. The whole place needs training, I don't know who is worse, the manager or the cooks. Very sad to pass by there at peak hours and other fast food places are busy and there is no waiting at Whataburger. You would think corporate would want this store to be busy. And don't blame this on COVID.

Online order is always 10 minutes late.never ready in time frame given on app.yes whataburger is slow.but come on.month later complete order on app.they give time frame.food comes 10 mins later

I did an online order and I’m missing an entire meal, straws, and ketchup. I ordered 5 meals. It makes me livid when people don’t pay attention.

We come her every other day. But tonight the girl at the window was extremely rude and thought she closed the drive through window but didn’t close it all the way and proceeded to talk badly about my girl friend who was driving. When I asked her about what she said and what her name was so I could report her she ran away. And Sarah refused to help me and the manager blew my concern off as nothing. I’m extremely irate and offended. I’ll be calling corporate tonight at near midnight because they were all rude unhelpful and disrespectful.

Same great food but very often, I would have to park on the side to wait for my food. Staff is nice, smiling and welcoming.

Didn't get what I ordered.
Ate it when I got home.
Wanted Chicken not beef
But to far away to exchange.

Just tried their fish sandwich. I could not eat it, gave a couple bites to my dog, but he was not real fond of it, so trashed it. The fish was overcooked, burned, the tomato was very bitter, not sure whats up with that. I was afraid to try another bite, threw it in the trash and fixed a Stouffers meal.

Definitely my least favorite Whataburger in the area. It is much less busy than the Sawdust location but I'll go to that one before I return to this location. They didn't bring out an additional has brown i ordered. Both orders of hash browns were obviously recooked and were hard and dry. They gave me the wrong biscuits too and it seemed like the person who took my order was on his first day.

Every time we've gone to this location they have treated us like they truly enjoy the fact we came.
