Whataburger, Richmond TX

Worst Whataburger ever! I waited 30 minutes in line finally get to the window, didn't my receipt because they ran out of paper and didn't know how to change the roll. Wait another 5 minutes only to be told to please pull around the corner. I understand it takes time to make the food and they were busy so I happily pulled around, but then waited another 25 minutes and nothing. I see the person taking out to go orders.she looks at me every time she passes which by the way was at least 10 time while I was waiting not bothering to ask "are you waiting on a order? Do you need help with anything" nothing. I finally give up go inside (having to leave my kids in the car) ask to speak to the manager who has very unprofessional tell her I've been waiting in the truck its been almost an hour since I started waiting in line at this point.she then proceeds to find my order that has just been sitting on the counter the whole time I mention its probably cold by now.again nothing from the manager but have a nice day. I accept I am not going to get any kind of customer service. I get home only to fine out my food was cold and left in the fryer way to long its all burnt. Co was out on the cokes they went down the sink. We didn't even eat it. The Staff desperately needs to be retrained in customer service

I come after work and Angel is THE BEST at drive through customer service.super sweet and prompt

I mean, the food is good. Its whataburger, its always good lol. But for some reason this location always has painfully slow service. Go to the one down 1093, its much faster.

Went through the busy line. Orders always mess up when there is a line. Order was not correct and item I ordered not in my bag but Was charged

Went there today around lunch time and i watched an employee dig in the trash. If she found any cup with ice she pulled them out of the trash and went to the soda machine and dumped the ice there.

First time at Whataburger as I was visiting from Colorado where we don't have them. I have to admit, I prefer them over In and Out!

We usually go late on the drive through and they are always nice and happy. Food has always been right and good.

Worst service I’ve ever delt with! They are super rude and the fries taste like they are super stale.

Only a 1 star for the night time experience. Took 30 mins to get a small Jr cheeseburger and a small fry. Didn't even order that but that's what I got. Day time, just fine. Night time, go to the one on West Belfort by Harlem, they will actually listen to your order and provide you with what you request. (This location recently swapped their best night staff to day, maybe someday it will balance again)

It took a minute to get our food, BUT the order was correct and the food was HOT! Great job to all the staff at this store

I visited this store at 10: 15am. They were not very busy. The people working there were really nice but, the table tops were dirty and felt oily. Also, the floors were slippery to walk on. I guess they use the same oily mop in the dining area, as they use in the kitchen.

Got order wrong, even though they asked me 4 different times. The drive thru was one of those "please pull up" behind the line of cars still waiting on their order deals so we can come out and ask you what you ordered again in 20 minutes experiences. I will definitely avoid this location in the future.

Waited in line for over 20min. Got the wrong size soda, then Got one taquito and half of the hasbrowns that were just thrown in the bag. Told the lady I got a sausage biscuit meal and your missing one of the bacon taquitos…she said o okay a plain biscuit? …I left. I said I've been here for 30min I'm just going to leave. This place is always busy so I understand waiting but come on.do yourself a favor and don't go here. This isn't the first time they've messed up on my order but it's the last time I'm going here. Rediculous!

I’m not sure I quite understand the logic of this, but I just waited 40 minutes in the second drive-thru line while the first line literally rolled out 10 minutes after ordering. I ended up just going inside and getting my food because it took so long. Would have left a long time ago but someone had already took my payment. I don’t think it is a lack of workers as there were roughly 10 employees working, with what looked like 5 on the line cooking sooo?

Always tasty and fresh. Breakfast is on point and goes from 11 to 11. Great value for the quality and everything is Texas sized. Good location.

Just a regular Whataburger. Always a little wait, but still a lot better than the location on W Bellfort. The cashiers are always a hit or miss, they’re either are really good or just not the best. Food is good and warm. The shakes are amazing too. They have a large dining room, two lane drive thru or you can do curb side pick up.

SLOWEST WHATABURGER OF TEXAS.got a French fry and apple slices. No reason to order at the speaker bc they have to retake it at the window. Waited 10-12 minutes for some side items. Ridiculous!

Very busy location! 20 minutes from order to receiving food, but with a dual drive -thru and and 8 cars ahead of me, it was expected. Even with the long wait, customers were patient, and the staff was working diligently to fill the orders. Order received was accurate, and hot, so no worries. Appreciate the Whataburger team for making do with limited staff!

In shock still. The cashier cursed at me after they got my order wrong. I literally said I only wanted the items not the meal and they still rang me up for a meal. I wouldn’t come to this location again.

Always a long wait, but came here specifically for a shake and the machine is down. Why can't they put up a sign so you don't sit in the long line and then find out?
