Good food. I had a special order and they made it perfectly. The cashier. I believe her name is Tyeshia is new, but I want her to know that we are all new at one time and you gonna get it baby, just keep practicing;)

Curbside takes long, and ordering always make sure before you leave you have ketchup they 90% of the time don't give it to you even if you asked

I can only say that they have the best hamburgers. Hey I do eat at other hamburgers companies so don't over look your favorite burger because they all need our help

It's Texas and Whataburger! You can't have one without the other. I generally get good service when I come to this location. Its fast food so nothing spectacular but I always enjoy my meal the few times I come. They haven't gotten my order wrong yet so thats a plus.

I love whataburger! My fave fastfood restaurant hands down. They never disappoint no more which location I go to I'm always satisfied. I've been going here for over 30 years

I ordered a 3pc strip combo added 2 extra strip and asked for my food to be fresh they told me it would be a 7min wait I agreed but my strips were hard and not fresh at all

Horrible service I had made an online order and they never said lane b wasn’t allowed so I proceeded to go to lane b and they told me I had to go all the way back around. Why didn’t they say to just remain in the same lane and they had a big line and I work like I don’t got time for that so I just drove off I’m going to come back later for my food. Edit: Although I complained it was a great experience overall

Had a minor miscommunication about an order here and didn’t receive exactly what I wanted, I live just a few mins from here so it wasn’t an inconvenience to go back and clear this up. They ended up giving me the order free of charge, I know they probably won’t do this every time but I just thought that that was so incredibly sweet of them. I love this whataburger, I always have such a nice experience here.

All of the times that I have gone here not once has this ever happened to me i’m so disgusted right now. Found a BUG in my burger. The fact that someone really packaged the burger and the bug was on top of the bun and no one saw it?

No photos but it was quick and really good. I was surprised bc whataburgers when they go fast its usually old burgers but man! Quick amd rrally good! I really enjoyed it

Great when using drive thru, but don't do curbside. We waited over an hour after being told they were preparing our food, just to be told we never checked in (which we did). Tried to give us cold food and wouldn't refund us. Now I have to call a number to dispute because it was a mobile order. Only giving 2 stars and not one because I've been here many times before without issue (drive thru only)

Hello,
My name is Kimberly Woods! I’m having issues with my phone so I’m using a co workers phone because this situation bothers me so much because I’ve experienced this once before in my younger days. I visit Whataburger on little york pretty much everyday and I see the same young man doing everything by himself. He always has a smile on his face and you can tell he really loves his job and always makes me feel welcome. He always makes sure I have everything I need before I exit the building but this particular day12/21/20, I visited the location and of course, There he was happily greeting every customer but minutes later, I can over hear his manager yelling at him from a far and telling him to clock out and go home! Meanwhile I’m wondering why because he seems to be doing multiple tasks and What really had me in shock and disgusted was when I overheard the young lady which I believe was the manager in charge telling the young man that he couldn’t get any water and go! She specifically said No, you cannot have any of my water and leave my building! I’m sitting there in disbelief like this young man is really running around and is refused drinking water and seeing that take place really kind of rubbed me the wrong way and all this was going on as the young lady on the register was standing there having a whole entire conversation with a customer while we wait for our food which took forever and if I remember correctly, The lady which seems to be in charge was holding a conversation as well! This young man always seems to be in good spirits when I visit; but as she refused him water as she continue yelling like a parent with their child at him, I can see the hurt in his face as he stood in shock and that really bothered me. Just because you are in a higher position doesn’t give you the right to treat another human being that type of way because the young man definitely didn’t do anything wrong to deserve that treatment. I even heard the young man asking for help before it took a turn and next thing you know, The manager screaming! Very bad for business and especially for a manager to act like that towards their employees while us customer’s sit in disbelief. It’s a shame to get denied a drink of water! Even after that young man left, I can still hear loud talking and by this time I can hear employees as well as the manager discussing the young man like he was at fault and I know for a fact that he was actually in the right and I also felt that he maintained himself very well in that predicament!

Still great burgers. My favorite is the patty melt, but a real patty melt is made with rye bread. I guess its too expensive to do it right. I haven't found one fast food place that uses rye bread. Whataburgers are large burgers.

The employees that work there at night are super slow. I waited 10-15 minutes in the drive to to get my food. This is supposed to be a “Fast Food Restaurant” Somebody needs to hire new efficient people, tonight customer service was horrible this cannot continue happening. This is my local whatever and I would really appreciate if this does not happen again.

Lazy workers had me on hold for 5 min in the drive thru I just left and the place was not even full, no car in front of me, inside like 6 people eating the most.

Food is always good.
However this visit was disappointing. It took a least 30 minutes to get my food in the drive thru.which is ok if extremely busy.only problem was I could clearly see employees just on break or standing around talking. When they could have been working to get people in and out. This includes the manager just talking not working.the car in front of me got fed up with waiting.so they drive off.never received their food.

Had a good experience this time around. The last time I did drive thru and waited a good while after I ordered to receive my food. This time the cashier was very friendly and got my order correct the first time and was very fast.
