Whataburger, San Antonio TX

Always mess up my order and usually get a bad stomach ache when I eat here. Go to a different location.

Well run location, friendly staff and hot delicious food. The manager Siri and others are very good here, if anything isn’t right they take care of it which is all you can ask:) I will return!

You can always great service great food employees need more money give them all a raise great attitude great service take care of these guys

There is always a 15-20 minute line at the drive-thru, but it's worth sitting through every time. The fries are best to eat right away. Very good, but can get soggy if you wait too long.

I don’t like their service nor do I like their sloppy burgers. Every time I go it’s one mistake after another. I’ll just go to their competition.

Needed to get breakfast at 4: 55 am but they were closed for cleaning!? Ruined my whole morning

Very fast. Was a very long 2 lines and I worried be there forever. I was out in 10 minutes. They are awesome. Good food.

It was rough at first. I had to wait for an employee to place an order. Seems like the person at the register could not do it so they had to get someone else. Finally after I ordered a customer who had been through the drive thru came in to complain about his onion rings. It took a while for the manager to come out, and once he did come out he was not resolving the issue well. The customer was getting more and more upset. An uneasy feeling for the rest of us. But after that. Y food came out quickly and it was good.

Nothing better than a late nite whataburger! I nevermind the wait because the staff is always super friendly and food is outstanding.

Maybe my mistake was coming here sober, but they messed up my order and everything was dry and gross. Sorry Whataburger – didn’t do it for me.

The cashier seemed really irritated. I guess we all have bad days, still it seemed a bit unnecessary. Food was great as always though. Was craving a cheat meal and it hit the spot

Waited 15 mins in the drive through a paid for a nine piece whata bite meal and got 5pcs and cold fries, didn’t have time anymore to run back and get the rest of my order, really disappointed

Dont go after 11. The service took forever. Cars backed up in both lanes and very short staffed. At least our order was right.fries not fresh at all.

Very poor service. Very unfriendly. Inattentive to customer. They are more involved with themselves.
The worst breakfast.

I went throught the drive through and ordered lunch for me and a colleague. When I got back to the office, I realized they forgot my sandwich. I called the store and to my amazement, they offered to bring me the sandwich at my office. 15 mintues later, they delievered the sandwich. I just became a life member of whataburger. What great customer service. Thank you guys for doing a great job.

Fresh cooked. Shake machine up at 3am. See Jack in the box you can make shakes past midnight. All Goodly.

That chicken is made real time and is crispy. I had the apple and cranberry salad with chicken and it was delicious

I Thought it was ok. I was expecting a wow burger but i didnt get that reaction i thought i could have made a better one at home lol in n out is definitely better

Typical Whataburger. Good food. Service was fast and friendly. I've never been to one I didn't like.

Just passing through town about at 4: 00 in a weekend and went through the drive thru. There were only 2 cars ahead of me but it took forever as the cars continued to arrive. However service was friendly and order was correct.
