Whataburger, Amarillo TX

It's been 25 minutes and still waiting on food. Everyone is except what I believe to be the manager. He's eating while his restaurant is horrifically slow. Try helping your store and staff dude

It was alright. Took a long time was told they were waiting on fries, the fries were hot but very under cooked

As long as there isn't a line already, food is pretty fresh and good. You could get your food in moderately amount of time. Other wise you'll be waiting and food won't be as fresh.

I would not recommend this location unless you are willing to eat inside. We ordered from this location twice and both times, the orders were incorrect.

I love Whataburger and every chance I get I stop by this one was like most others with double drive through so you can get in and out quick some people like to go inside to dine I mix it up. They usually have handicap ramps but not power handicap accessible doors

If I could give this whataburger less I would. Twice I have been to this location where I was in the driver through for 40 minutes. The first time I actually bothered to complain. The poor manager looked like he needed to shower and eat a salad, and was desperately trying to hire someone. So I told him about my first visit. About how when I asked the drive-through window worker if it always took this long she said "yeah, cause of orders and stuff" that my 20 dollar order was completely wrong. He asked for my receipt, and unable to provide it was unable to refund my money. But he did give me a coupon for a hatch green chili bacon cheeseburger. Which leads into my second visit. Worse than the first. Longer wait. More hassle. And I left feeling like the manager was doing me a favor. The worst costumer service I have ever seen. Rude, and incompetent. Would rather eat Taco Bell.

Literally takes forever to get your order. And on top of that they didn’t even give any napkins. What a joke. The strange part is they have about 5-6 workers inside or around just sitting and not doing anything

When I go Texas, love to stop threw there.

Kids standing around. All I ordered was a burger and it took 25 minutes. Plus it was cold. Never going back. Manager was not on point.

The people are so nice and friendly recommend this to anyone who wants a bargain and family friendly

One of the few places that you are almost guaranteed to get a great meal at a good price from friendly workers.

Food was correct as ordered, fries, chicken bites, Patti melt was good, chicken cranberry apple salad, not all the salad dressing choices were available, tables and floor needed attention

This place is a joke my husband went in and ordered a fish sandwich combo at 745 didn't get his meal until 823 no excuses they told him they forgot to drop his fish no apologies for it at all you have a30 minute lunch break you expect to get your meal on time not waste your whole lunch break waiting to get your meal and they weren't busy this is really sorry excuse for running a business would give them zero stars but you have to give are least one too be able to write a review

Whataburger never fails to disappoint. This one is the closest one to me since I moved out of Texas and boy did it feel good to be back. Would highly recommend some classics such as the patty melt or the honey butter chicken biscuit. Tbh you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu though. Drive thru wait is completely worth it

I placed an order online jus to still wait in line for over an hour took food to grandkids fries were old, cold nasty, burger were cold, bread hard if I stayed in line for that long at least food could have been fresh

It always takes forever for the food and it's always cold. I don't understand the wait time if the food is already cooked, I'm assuming. I'm not sure why else there is such a long wait time every time. Even before the pandemic it was like that.

The food and usually really good but that day it wasn't that good but they're great people over there very nice I always go at night cuz I stay up at night
