Whataburger, San Antonio TX

Took longer than breakfast tacos should have taken yet, food was fresh and the employees were very apologetic. Great service, 4 stars because of the 18 min wait.

My order was correct when I received it. My food was fresh and the fries were hot. I really enjoyed the vanilla shake! The drive thru line was a bit long so it took longer than average to get my order. Other than that it was a good trip.

No better fast food burger then Whataburger, this location was good with fresh hot food and quick service.

WHATABURGER? IT'S THE BEST IN TOWN! AND IT'S COOKED IN FRONT OF YOU!

This was my first experience with Whataburger. My family and I just moved from Oregon to Texas and tried it as soon as we possibly could. We definitely weren't disappointed. 2 adult meals with shakes, and 2 kids meals was less expensive than we would have paid at McDonald's and far more delicious.

Over a year ago I reviewed this wb location and honestly it was a great experience. Since then orders have been consistently incorrect. Almost every time we get home with food from this whataburger location there's something missing or an incorrect/missing ingredient. It's frustrating because we should trust that these employees are on top of their game and checking every order. Now it's normal for my husband and I to ask each other if we checked the order to make sure it's correct. This happens no matter what time of the day it is too. So frustrating.

Awesome.just the way I remember it. I lived nearby this restaurant from 2000-2009 before moving away and ate here many, many times over the years. I stop here a few times a year when visiting my father-in-law. They never disappoint.

Long a#s line as usual well worth the wait. If had the chance would drink the party melt sauce. Just had one. Feel drunk now it was so yum now fatter

Probably about a 40% chance your orders going to be correct. But that's not so bad for a Whataburger.

Was horrible the burger wasn't cook tasty like it's been sitting around, greasse, quality went down for sure

Good food at an okay price. Could be better on their deals and offers. Overall nice place for a hearty burger.

Awesome as usual, there were some very nice people from management (so kind and professional) I suggested "expanding" to the North East is where my kids moved to, they miss you people so much, I do hope you really grow yet keep on the taste and the great customer service.

The staff is so friendly, food is for a great price and tastes great. There is so much food I can get for under $7. I really enjoyed eating here.

I orderd a honey bbq chicken sandwich, welll it came without the bbq sauce and chicken was burned

Food was good. Could've been cleaner in the dining area. If you've never been here before, ask questions to make sure you get what you want.

We are treated so great at the IH-10 and DeZavala location in San Antonio TX. General Manager Art treats us like family and it is always a pleasure to eat here. Food is always hot and fresh. Edith makes us special pancakes. Love all the folks here!

Food fresh and hot. (drive thur) Sweet tea tasted sour. I took one sip and dumped it out. ORDER was complete and correct. (Including condiments) Wait time was decent. Customer service was good.

Great service at the dezevala location. Always fast and hot. Took my food straight to the airport. Whatabeezy number 2 with Texas toast and all the veggies is where it's at yall! Had some extra food left over in bag and took it all the way to Costa Rica! Plus I had a lot of extra spicy ketchup. Yummy Treat yo self! Whataburger for life!

We had such a great experience at this whatabuger! Shanon assisted us and she was very sweet and helpful! Staff is very attentive! It was very refreshing!

The cashier Sharon was quite attentive & really friendly. Food was good & hot. There was a female in brown shirt that was messing w/her hair in her face right @ the front counter. Also, another manager was a bit rude about a customer that We called over cuz we noticed he had some beautiful crafts & she told him to leave. He wasn't trying to sell them; he ordered & we got his attention to come over.
