Whataburger, League City TX

Late night snack. They were so cool about making a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich even though it wasn't on the menu anymore! Quality people!

One of the best managers at this location is Mr. Gilbert. Awesome guy! I absolutely love when someone shows great customer service and pride in doing a good job. If I could give more stars I would.

A friendly spot, not as hectic as other nearby locations. Food is well prepared. I try to go off peak times for quicker service. The limited time specials are really good. Pico de gallo burger is terrific.

I did the online curbside pickup for my order. I followed your directions Park where I was supposed to park set there for about 10 minutes finally went around to the go where orders that in that vine I have two lines, I was totally ignored I had to call out to somebody that was given the car in front of me their food. And I told her don't wear them who was very nice I have no complaints with them. A place online curbside order waiting for my food on the other side where y'all told me apart then came here well he went in and got my food I did get hot french fries but both hamburgers were cold I have to come home and keep them in the door in microwave. I find this unacceptable if you are going to offer this service you should give your customers their food when they arrive at the time that was designated. This is the first time I have had trouble with this Whataburger it usually is just absolutely spot-on. Thank you

Poorly managed or understaffed place. The wait time in drivethru was unacceptable for fast food. Major improvement needed before one should consider going there.

Several employees made eye contact. A female manager walked by me to check an employee temp at the door. Mr Vining finally came from the back of the store and greeted me. Found it odd that no one else said hello, or offered to assist me as I stood at the counter.

Food was excellent, as usual, and the amount of traffic was much less than usual as there were 1/3 to 1/2 fewer tables set up.

I don't think I've ever been to a bad Whataburger. This one is no exception. They followed guidelines, and served our food promptly. Good food quickly once again.

Kept hearing all the hype surrounding Whatabuger being better then in n out. Wasn't impressed. It's good food but nothing to wow about.

I must say that this location has really shone during the pandemic situation. I have been stopping here regularly for years and have only given this place 4 stars. However, in light of how this store has been handling the entire pandemic situation, they have earned far more than 5 stars. Despite the fact that lines are long in the drive-thru, orders and drinks are prepared and served quickly. The employees are always smiling and nice. The food is prepare as ordered. In a time when people could easily find an excuse to mess up and be okay with it, this location has stepped up and has outdone any and all expectations. Bravo!

The inside is typically 5 stars but the drive thru was a wreck! Messed my order up barley any fries, and rude window service.

Thu do not clean there work area very often and re fry there fries and chicken an serve them to the customers there food will make you sick

I paid $20 for nothing. Messed up the order and didn’t give a refund or offer to make the correct food. The woman working the drive through was not compliant and had a bad attitude.

Now that Chicago bought it the taste has changed. Brought an out of town friend to eat here talking it up and she was disappointed and dos was I. Worse, it was a half hour wait.

I'm new to League City Texas and I tried sonic and checkers and was told of What a burger.went there and had the pattymelt with cheese burger. Gotta say it was the best burger I've had in year's. I'll definitely be back a lot. Thank you for a great burger guy's. You have a new customer from now on!

They use to be a great restaurant until recently. Their over night crew has gotten lazy and slow. I do mobile ordering majority of the time because it use to let me skip the line because my food was already done so they just had to walk ot out to me. Now they dont even notice when they have a mobile order so I have to wait in line every single time. I work at 3am so having to wait 10 minutes for my food is very inconvenient.

Went to whataburger around 230am 1/9/20

Ordered a double meat cheese burger, didnt get the cheese.
Ordered a patty melt with no onions, only got 1 meat

Very good burger! My first time eating here, and the lady at the front was awesome and very friendly! I highly recommend this place! 5 star rating from me!

This is the whataburger my family and I frequent. The food is great ofcourse, but I'll you what! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.we have gone to this establishment the attitudes are above and beyond! Southern hospitality at it's best. You can feel the love. Super respectful and just a pleasure to be in the presence of the folk here. If you're even a tiny bit hungry, but havin a rough day and need a pick me up? Or shiiii even just wanna experience beautiful attitudes? Come to this location. I always come around 8pm and 1am.
