Whataburger, Palmhurst TX

Great place they always get my order correct unlike palmview that always messes up your order no matter how many times u tell them, this whataburger is my to go for sure

Long line and one of the managers decided to have a chat with the guy at the window.literally shock his hand like 5 times before the car could go.to top it off my order was cold

We payed for 5 burgers with french fries and only received 4, thankfully we noticed and they gave us the missing one but forgot the fries so we complained again, and once we got home we noticed 2 of our burgers were missing the meat. Seriously? !? ! Terrible experience.

It took 25 min for them to give me a Milk Shake! Manager was just walking around! Looking confused ilove this place but ithink we need better management and also to make sure to take outs are done First than Dining-

I’m not the type of person to be a Karen lol; but I was trying to impress my friend that was her first time trying whataburger she’s not from Texas so I wanted her to try the great place I like but I did got upset, about the service, got my order wrong ;cold fries, cold onion rings, cold burgers & no napkins salt or pepper it wasn’t what I expected & got embarrassed for hyping up the restaurant ; me fallaron rasa lol

I made an order online the other day to this whataburger. And some how the order never got created in there system. When I showed up there was a little confusion but with great staff and management everything got taken care of. I'd like to thank David and Julie for a very professional manner they assisted me. They offered me 2 free meals on the next visit for the mishap. Thank you guys. I would definitely come back for more.

Yo I get we all work we all got friends but this girl made us wait 15 min in the outer lane before we even ordered. If I could give less than one star I would. Every mobile order I pick up takes more than 10 min even when the order is a single drink. No matter the time of day

I ordered (2) milkshakes and (2) hot pies, and waited for 20 minutes… then I hear someone in the back saying no more shakes. So I get up and ask, where is my shake? The representative responds ugh idk, walks to the back has me waiting 5 more min, until the supervisor comes, ask me the same question, what did I order. Now that was dumb, she just told you the problem sir. Then he says, can I get you something?
Me: no how about my milkshake you all charged me hello… still waiting on my refund for when they charged my card. Puro trash

We love Whataburger on Palmhurst, everyone is so friendly especially Mr. Martin Gonzalez, he is very nice and courteous keep up the good work Mr. Gonzalez and to all the staff members as well thank you all so much and especially for those delicious hamburgers

The only reason I come here is because it's the only thing open after I leave work. With that being said they always mess up my order one way or another. ALWAYS! It could be as simple as a patty melt and they'll still find a way to ruin it. I never complain because I don't want to channel that Karen energy but I might just have to start because it's seriously ridiculous. Every time.

I absolutely love this place. Sadly, I don't live close to any of them but I would 100% recommend this to anyone. The spicy ketchup is wonderful!

I go here since its the closest to my home. They NEVER get your order right. Seems like everytime I order a lemon pie, I end up with apple. Order a burger and it ALWAYS comes out wrong. These types of attention to detail starts from the top.

It's unusual to wait over 45 minutes in drive-thru, but it's been like this for a couple of weeks
After waiting & waiting & waiting they still give your order WRONG.
