Whataburger, La Joya TX

This particular Whataburger restuarant tends to ALWAYS forget to put something in my order. It's always either the fries, ketchup, straws and even the burger all at once at a time

Overall the service is ok, but there's a lot of room for improvement. I would like to see the employees get more training in customer service and getting the orders correctly; I hate to get home and find something missing or not done right.

This is my favorite restaurant to dine in. I love the burgers, the fries, the pies, the drinks are always fresh and don't even get me started in the strawberry milkshakes! They are actually the best. I imagine that's what a milkshake from the 1950s would taste like. Thank you Whataburger for your meals and for your amazing service. Speedy and fun. It does get packed though, but trust me, it is most definitely worth the wait.

The place is good idk but I really like the burger so much I think the ketchup makes it taste better in my opinion

Jeff, worst customer service provider. Was completely disappointed and infuriated over our interaction. Won’t be going back. Maybe try taking accountability and responsibility for your policies and hold that true to every interaction and situation. Very rude and invalidating of customers inconveniences.

25 minutes for 2 buffalo ranch sandwiches and a BBQ chicken strip sandwich. As a cook i know when a restaurant fries up a large amount of a fried chicken and leta it get cold and dry out in the rack. All 3 sandwiches were cold. If i remember correctly its 4 min to the car once the order is done. Yall need to train these kids to communicate in order to effectively get orders out in a timely manner

Cook & order taker don't know what they are doing.i asked for a buffalo ranch.buffalo on the side.my burger came in dry.in the ticket, jst said no buffalo.cook didnt understoood that i still wanted the ranch.i asked for buffalo on the side.they charged me a buffalo dipping sauce.as long as they have buffalo ranch burger available, shouldn't be charging me extra for the sauce.im paying for the buffalo sauce already.why are u charging me again? I was supposed to get buffalo on a cup.this whataburger la joya used to be good.but now it sucks.stopped liking it after i got soggy burgers.young teens that dont care about customers honestly or managers/team leaders that dont know how to train properly or discipline their workers

Very good food but please add PLENTY of spicy ketchups when I ask for alot. I got 6 meals yet they only give me 2 spicy ketchups.not enough

Always good but this store specifically took a little while to take my order. I do appreciate the manager acknowledged me while I was waiting.

Good fast n good.but always review your order like all places sometimes packed n orders can be wrong or missing ingredients that u ordered.overall thumbs up in my book.

Food was good and service was not too slow, but the order was incomplete. I ordered grilled onions and jalapenos with large drink and fries, but got food ungrilled and medium drink and fries.otherwise I would give a 5 stars

New location looks extravagant it is very modern and good looking and the food is great would recommend

The burgers are great! There’s something about customizing your burger that makes every visit one to remember.

Good service, sometimes they forget the ketchup, the jalapeños, the fries and things like that. Just double check your order while you are still in line.

Slowest WB I’ve ever been to. They are never organized and take so long to make any meal. Onion rings do not take 10 min to make. I used to work for WB. I know how long it takes and I’m lenient for that reason. But this WB just takes to long to get my orders wrong.

First, of all I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my order. After my long wait I get home only to find out my 3 orders were wrong. I tried calling the restaurant to speak to managment was only left on hold. I will not visit this restaurant again.
