15Order was suppose to be ready at 12: 03am now it's 12: 45 and they ain't even doing curbside and aren't answering the phone.
Waiting over 45 minutes for your curbside order is unacceptable. At least they didn’t mess up my order like they do half the time. Something bad happened with whataburger within the past several years, and it’s very sad to see
Did not ate there remember I don't like fast food. I went there with my cousin, so he can have a burger.
Asked for onion rings and got fries no utensils and they never came back with ketchup had to steal some from a table
This is the worst What-A-Burger in the valley, easy. The past 4 to 5 orders I’ve gotten there have been made with no attention to what was said. Very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. You’re not doing well if I have to go back time and time again after every order. This place has fallen so far and it’s sad to know, before hand, that I’m gonna have to go back to have them remake my burger or that even a #13 will be incomplete. I believe this place needs a management change.
I was surprised that they were open Thanksgiving. I had a nice breakfast and was very thankful employees didn't take break on that day. Amazing Crew!
Worst place ever not the first time giving me wrong the order plus this time took for ever we just ordered 2 shakes and a apple pie not even that got it rite plus they had no change no straws smh never going back
These time the staff where not doing a great job. I got there and order at 2: 15 pm and got my food at 2: 45pm -30 minutes in the drive thru then i order 3 combos and only got 2 ketchups. Management should be very time to fully trained new staff or all staff.
My hamburger was mashed flat with the spatula. The pattie had all the moisture squeezed out of it. I had courtesy veggies. I asked for extra onions, and I got just a few. The buns were over toasted. I took it to the front and asked for a remake, but the second one was worse. This time, I'm sure the cook ran my burger over with his 4x4.
It was okay I love eating there but for some reason the few times we went the employee's have been getting our orders wrong and have an attitude like if they are annoyed but ppl ordering
The worst whataburger in the valley. Service and quality has dropped dramatically in the last year. So disappointing, used to be a pillar of food in the community. Sad but hopeful for change.
Good thing they have atleast one good manager there which was the one that attended me tonight. Other than that, terrible management.
I had my order messed up 6 times in a row. I did not go for about 3 months. I went tonight and guess what, they messed up AGAIN.
They've messed up my order every single time I've gone. They look very distracted as they always have a lot of employees yet they dont pay attention to your order. I've noticed they're all real young employees like they're still students.
This was a good whataburger a few years back now they keep forgetting my orders oh! But they make sure to charge me for everything!
