27Staff was slow to acknowledge my presence, all the while, chatting amongst themselves after making eye contact with me. Another employee saw me as well, and failed to encourage the others behind the counter to "take care of the customer". I just chalked it up to their youth and not knowing any better.
I need to stop coming to this location. It takes 30 minutes just to get your food through the drive thru. And it's not hot.
Everytime I go there Whataburger on Hillcroft and Fort Bend Tow. The customer service is very poor to me as a secret shopper. I have to wait till the customers after me get their order. They been done forgot my order. Online orders take longer and I sit there and watch my order get cold, and I have to ask where is my order. While I'm looking at it sitting there.
Came to Texas from Maryland we don't have a Whataburger. Disappointed My chicken sandwich was old and cold slopingly put together and nasty. My daughters' burger was just okay. Won't be back.
My meal was hot and fresh just like I like it. Especially since this was a rare treat and cheat meal for myself.
This has to be the slowest fast food place on earth and this is every time I stop in 25 to 30 minute wait.
Horrible service! Made me wait 10 minutes for my drink after my food was already made and getting cold and soggied up. Bad service.
Waited 29 minutes for my meal and the rude manager Christopher was sitting in the office chilling and I finally decided to go in and he never apologized for the inconvenience he does not need to be in management at all this is everyday on his shift I will not be returning to this whataburger
I tried the bacon cheeseburger and it was excellent. My son always enjoys the 3-piece chicken strip meal. Loved it
Unacceptable. Placed and paid for my order at 5: 13pm did get my order until 5: 36pm. People behind me and my hungry family getting their order before us. Patiently waited and politely asked why so long. They said the WhataCatch takes 7mins to cook. 20 minutes later. Just unacceptable!
Best breakfast tacos in town. Only thing I don't like is everyone else thinks so too so the line can be long sometimes
I will be driving to a different location. The speaker was low and I could barely hear the girl on the other end. I repeated my order only for it to come out wrong in the end. And if I ask for spicy ketchup don't give me one spicy and one regular.
When we walked in Every body had a ticket waiting on food. We waited 20 minutes for a salad, others had been waiting as long as 1 hour for a burger and chicken nuggets. People actually stood inline to get money back! It was an awful experience.

Did not receive a receipt and when I got to the window to pick up my food they were trying to give me another person's order. When I told them this was not my order they had a blank Stare because my order was not even on the screen. I then repeated my order three times to the young ladies at the second window and my order still came back wrong. And to add just a little bit more to it something tasted burnt either the cheese or the meat when I got my order
I went in wanting a burger came out with nothing. The cashier was rude I waited in line to order instead she stood there having a whole conversation with a employee and when notified that others were waiting to order she replied back with "so. " and continued on.
Terrible customer service
The parking is dangerous and very undesirable. Inside the restrooms, the trash is running over, the toilets are filthy and totally unsanitary.
Don’t know what the issue is but I’m waiting almost an hour in line at the drive thru. I’m typing this as I continue to wait for my food. Seriously? ’ I’ve had to repeat my order three times. Once at the payment window, twice at the pick up window. If I hadn’t already paid and wasn’t hungry, I would’ve just left.
Good is good and normally the service is fast but today was very slow and some customer asked for refunds because the service was slow.
