Whataburger, Mission TX

I used to work at Whataburger myself. With that being said: the burger was steaming fresh, cheese nicely melted, toasted bun was crunchy and the fries were fresh! The way it’s supposed to be made; Delicious! Need I mention the amazing customer service? Well done guys and girls! Whatever crew that was working on 7/8/2020 around 4: 00pm, you all are great!

I ordered a 13# and asked to what a size the order. And make the fries “extra extra extra extra” fries. They nest up once and didn’t mark it down. I wait extra time. To have crispy large fries and the give me a medium. And then the bread was squished in like out of frustration. Plus I didn’t get my recipe back. Just to come home to a bad order when given a second chance.it was just one order, should have been that hard.

Whataburger delivers. Made just the way you want. Definitely ONE of my favorite places. Enjoyable till the very last bite. Thank you, just what I needed after my chaotic day. Please stay safe and healthy.

Great, convenient location along the I-2 frontage road. Great food as always for Whataburger. Restaurant was busy while we were there. Good and efficient service.

Always a good place to grab a quick bite. Meat is always good, food is almost always fresh, and the service is prompt and nice most of the time. Just be wary it can be extremely busy!

Average burger. Nothing special and more mustard than I care for. Mayo would have been preferred by me.

What a disappointment. Very slow and the order was wrong. Just a very sad knock off burger joint.

The hamburger was Ok but the chicken strips are too small, it looks like from 3 regular chicken strips they make 6.

I do suggest that Whataburger improve its app to have better reward selections and discount deals. You may want to take a look at the McDonald's app as a good example.

Never again I went through drive thru they forget my 4th order I was questioned if I was positive I didn't have it in the bag, gave them bag to check, I did not have my 4th order I waited for my burger and they forget the french fries not ever going back, disappointed

I will always eat at whataburger because I enjoy all the food they serve there and my father has been eating whataburger since the 70"s

Work staff was super fries were hot really good husband like his Hambuger, but chickentender were not fresh, they should always be fresh and meat was dry, not juicey

Ordered number 13 without a combo. And didnt get a piece of toast bread like normal. Turns out in THIS whataburger you need to get a combo to get a piece of bread.

Also ordered number 5, and the burger was cold. Luckily they actually heated up the burger for us. But had we done drive-thru the meal would have tasted miserable at best.

We waited 30min, while other customers that got there after us were getting their order, so we cancelled ours

Had the Buffalo Chicken Strips and they were great. Service was great. The cashier was courteous and got our order right. Did not have to wait to place the order and only a short wait till our order was brought to our table. Can't go wrong with Whataburger

On our first visit the hamburgers and fries were kinda cold. We decided to give them another try considering they are the closest Whataburger. I tried a patty melt for the first time and am now addicted. How can such a simple thing be this good? What kind of sorcery is going on here?

Food is above expectations, staff is quick and friendly with the exceptions of 2 old ladies but thats about it. The environment is quite nice for a quick eat.

Fast speed, Great customer service.dont need to wait stand g up.they will take it to your table.

As always, the Best burger for a fast food chain. I like to add the jalapeños inside the burger. I Like the onion rings, and you can ask to prepare your burger the way you like. Wheat bread, toasted, well done meat, etc.
