Do not eat here until they get new management. The food comes out way too slow. Just waited an hour in the drive thru and I will not be returning. Food came out cold and it was the wrong order and my fries were half full. The drive thru carry out person wasn’t wearing gloves and was smacking gum walking like a thug. 00 stars.

Restaurant was disgusting and dirty. Tables were covered in trash. Your sub-par employees who definitely do not deserve $15/hr made a mockery of the Whataburger name by making the food take well over an hour to come out. Will never go to Whataburger ever again and will ENSURE everyone I know follows suit.

They were nice, but forgot a few items. Then questioned me about how their tickets print out it's not the worst. They eventually fixed it and the food was good.

As others have mentioned, wait times are really high. I placed a curbside order at 9: 57pm, and got there at 10pm. I waited outside for 35 minutes, before I went inside to check on my order. It was actually completed! It had been sitting there for who knows how long.

The only reason this isn't one star is because the manager was very nice and understanding. Additionally while my food was sitting there, it heated up my apples and made them gross. She kindly replaced them with fresh apples. My sandwich, however, became very soggy. I personally liked it, but I know most others wont.

I'm not mad at any one person for these crazy wait times. I'm upset that nothing really has been done to help the wait times. They are working their employees pretty hard, and that is concerning. Someone higher up needs to make a game plan that will really help this store out, as they are in a very active spot.

Drive thru is absolutely ridiculous. Sitting here for 30 minutes only 3 customer have been serviced through the window. I don't understand why it takes an average of 10 minutes a vehicle. There was only 1 line. When they have 2 lanes. Poor planning and terrible experience. I won't be back

We live by this whataburger and I would not recommend the drive through. They always seem short staffed in the drive through and takes forever to get food. Use the carry out option only. Make sure you have a snack if your hungry.

First of all I don’t even like whataburguer. It was supposed to be a convenient stop to get dinner. We waited 1 hour in line for food! This Wb can’t be called a Fast food restaurant!
The worse experience I’ve ever had.

Was in line for 40 minutes and the order was wrong.probably a management issue because it seems like they’re always short staffed.will be going to another location since this has happened the last few times i’ve visited this one.

The two lane system is broken. If I order in the outside lane the car ordering in the inside lane at the same time will get their food while there are still three to four cars in front of me. The lanes are not receiving equitable service. Chick fil a figured it out, I have confidence you can too. This is not a isolated incident, I’ve experienced multiple times at multiple locations.

Ridiculous! What happened to the service? We have been waiting over 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Many cars still have not received their orders. Ever since Whataburger was bought out, the quality of the food and customer service.

Fries were extremely salty. Understaffed and poorly trained. Ordered malts and they threw out the first ones b/c they said they couldn't find our # sitting on the end of the table. I'll never eat at another Whataburger.

It took over 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and they got the order wrong! Service at this location is the pits. I do not recommend.

Curbside order still wasn't ready 25 minutes after it said it would be. Had to go inside to finally get helped. When I did, no one was at the counter. There were four other customers who still hadn't gotten their food either. And after all that, the guy didn't even apologize. Definitely not coming here again

This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever experienced from this location. Not only did I have to go in to get my curbside order, the man parked next to me had to go in as well and his order had been sitting there for over 30 min. I also had to pack up my drinks and we were missing food when we got home. I called to speak to the manager, Diana was her name, and there was little to no apology or any response to rectify the situation. Just really terrible for somewhere we enjoyed going… we will have to find a different location.

The whole thing took about 20 minutes. We do understand and appreciate that many restaurants are having a hard time with employee shortages and other problems, but there were quite a few workers inside. Still, we figured the food would be hot and fresh, at least. Nope, when it finally arrived, the burger and fries were room temperature. On the bright side, they did get the "no tomato" right for my husband. This is probably the last time we'll visit this location, though.

It was our first time there, the food was good, reminds of The Habit here in CA. It was even worth the wait (24 minutes), only because of lack of staff unfortunately, but that was okay!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is dirty as hell and has the stupidest staff especially at night. Don't waste your time coming here. Also the restaurant just stinks and the staff look like they haven't showered in days they also don't have any respect for anybody.

Tables were not clean had to clean them ourself while Manger just looked at us, one order was wrong. I will not go back to that place.
