Whataburger, Richmond TX

Used to be good, know getting the food wrong, having to wait longer.not getting burger the way you asked for it. I personally think it's the people don't take pride in there work. I will never take to go, I've seen too many people come in and said they got the order erong!

Can't get over their grilled chicken melt. It has never disappointed me. It's always fresh and hits the spot! Also, if you get fries, try their jalapeño ranch. Love it!

Awezome food, this food has the best burgers on the planet, I can eat at WHATABURGER ALL DAY EVERYDAY

It was the perfect place to stop at in the middle of moving to our new home. The staff were friendly and outstanding. My family and I will enjoy many meals in our new home and coming to this Whataburger.

I had a great experience at this Wataburger. We walked in and Haylee was so nice. She was super attentive and noticed us right when we walked in and was ready. She took my order and all I got was a shake. Within 10 seconds of paying she already had finished my shake and gave it to me. Everything tasted great! At the end as I was getting up, and Haylee was right there to clean the table as I left. Great experience 10/10 would go again. Haylee was great and definitely deserves some recognition for her great service.

Not even gonna lie I been eating at whataburger for some years, but this time was completely different. My offensive tackle Tomas Martinez was whippin it up wit the fries ; and whoever cooked this burger you need a raise.

I have been in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. Worst Whataburger I've been too. If you can keep up, hire more people or close.

I frequent this Whataburger often since I don’t work far from it. My order is always right and Ms. Sandra is so sweet. She always takes the orders quickly and she has a lovely spirit!

I love this location, the food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. Delivery or dine in, I love this location!

I couldn’t believe my eyes today. There were house flies (maggot flies) all over the walls, on the table, and the hanging signs just laying their eggs. While waiting for my burger inside they were consistently running and flying on me.

Absolutely disgusting. I threw my burger away.

You guys can do better. Maybe they were coming from that overflowing trash dumb on site. Unreal!

Amanda the cashier made my day. She was friendly and eager get my difficult order just right. The food was fresh and satisfying. Great employee!

Amazing as usual, but incredibly busy at lunchtime. Drive thru was insane and inside had 3 people in line; however, they were getting the orders out timely. The food was fresh and delicious and they had a new PICO DE GALLO BURGER (beef, grilled chicken, and crispy chicken). I had the crispy chicken pick de gallo combo and it was good, but I wont order it again. Happy I tried it though. I think the grilled and the beef are probably tastier.
5 stars would need them to expand the drive thru line to 2 lanes and also expand the parking lot.

We ordered chicken strip combos, they forgot all of our gravy cups. The kids meal came with no cookie, and the fries were all cold, and the sweet tea tasted stale.

If you order in mobile app it will always be wrong.you say no tomatoes and they will put extra tomatoes on it.happened last 7 times

I've eaten at this location hundreds of times but I went there today and the fries were not as great as they normally are. The staff is great. Love this place.

Food was fair to good, service was good. Spoke with some frequent diners and they mentioned that since they moved from the old location, there were longer waits for food.probably just growing pains. We will try it again in a month or so.

Fries were hot when I got home but burgers were barely warm; a mile and a half drive! Plus, the one burger was dry, no mayonnaise or mustard (which was NOT how we ordered).
