Whataburger, Lubbock TX

My burger was cooked perfectly with fresh and crispy vegetables and just the right amount of mayonnaise. Delicious! The fries were golden crispy on the outside but soft inside. Superbly made. My only suggestion would be to salt the fries just a tad more salt to the fries when they come out of the fryer. I want to thank you for having a fantastic tasting fountain Dr. Pepper! The carbonated water to syrup ration is on point! I er all a job well done and thoroughly enjoyed!

They're Not Really Good At Customer Service. It's Hit or Miss On Customer Service and Getting Your Order Right. Especially If You Place Your Order Online.

They haven't let me down with the food yet but like most Whataburger's they're not the fastest fast food

Chicken sandwich was good but fries were cold and tasted old. Go food to go so did not waste my time to go back. Will be a while before I eat here again

Was busy but still got food pretty fast. Food was good as usual. They did forget bacon on my burger but was fixed quickly.

The food is always great. The drive-through has issues. I have gone back a few times and have talked (calmly and rationally) to the management about a recurring problem we have. We will order 2 sides of gravy and sometimes cinnamon rolls. I have lost count of how many times they have both been missing from our order. We now check for the miscellaneous items before we leave. They really seem to be working on getting better! Tonight I ordered an apple and cranberry chicken salad. I get home and.no chicken for the salad.

I love their spicy chicken sandwich, but a few of the employees need to learn customer service. I went there with my daughter and grandson and we stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before someone said they'd be right with us. There were 2 workers already at the register and it wasn't busy at all, but they both ignored us and walked away. Once we did get help we didn't have anymore trouble. Their chocolate mint shake was really good as well. At least I liked the sandwich and shake.

First time there won't got back they made my food wrong not only once but twice. And kind of tossed the burger at me the 2nd time.

Ordered online and still had to wait another half an hour to get my food. I would understand if it was super busy but there was hardly any people in the restaurant when I went to go pick up my food.

The service was terrible. The person ringing up what I wanted had no idea what she was doing. The girl bringing out the food had a terrible attitude. My sister had to wait on her food, even when the people after us got their food before her. The manager had no control over the workers, like how to work with the customers. Last time I was here, food was fast and service was awesome. Talk about going down hill quick.

Although there was a line I still pulled in to wait. I love the patty melt and the Green Chile double. The line moves surprisingly fast. And the food was delicious. Will be going back there.

Friendly staff member, and I wish I had her name, came out and took my order while I had been waiting in line. Pulled around to the front if the line, and order fulfilled. Great burger, which I don't eat much of. 5 star rating-but deserves a 10!

We waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes. We get home and find out we never got fries with our meal. Why do we want ketchup with no fries? Called up there the manager was a tool. Had no sympathy whatsoever. It’s the fact that I live 30 minutes away I just can’t go back up there to get more fries.

Three times in a row now I have been given the wrong order. Will not spend my money here again. Called and was extremely polite and Manager wants me to drive back up there to make the food correctly. I shouldn’t have to do that. It’s not the point. Plus gas in a truck is not cheap. So driving back up there costs about what the food costs. I’m done with this place.

I am not a huge fan of whataburger however it is one of the very very few places open late during my lunch break that i occasionally go to when I am unable to bring lunch. The Past couple times i have gone i have ordered Sweet tea and both times received unsweet tea YUCK! Secondly I tried to order a chocolate shake and they were of course not doing shakes.and 3rd usually the burgers are not hot.and I just do not like whataburger fries so i never order them.

Food was fantastic appreciate the crispy bacon as ordered, the Onion rings are delicious but I am not a fan of the oil used so I will stick to fries. Loved my sandwich and service? Be patient they have a lot of new staff.

Service was a little slow for French fries but they did apologize and they had a lot of new staff. But overall it was very clean and worth visiting.
