Whataburger, Houston TX

At this location, I found a toenail inside my food. I called several lawyers and if it didn’t cause any injuries, I could not sue. DO NOT eat there as this was done intentionally as some sick joke. If I knew who did it, I’d be in jail right now. I AM WARNING YOU ALL DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. I threw up all night.

I ordered a customized Burger curbside.
They nailed it got it out super fast and it was perfect! I will definitely be coming back I appreciate that they give you so many options and that they take the time to make order right!

Outstanding customer service at this location! I had a mishap at the drive-thru (totally my fault) and Crystal and the team were amazing and so so helpful! Great team there on Monday evening!

The workers were super nice, friendly, and accommodating, and it didn't take long. They did mislabel our burgers though, the jalapeno one was marked regular and the regular one was marked jalapeno. But that's an easy mistake, and it didn't really matter. I'd go here again!

**Its important to note I went at 1am*
The food was decent, there were a few cars (4) ahead of me but it took about 20 minutes.
However the thing that bugged me about this visit was they didn't give napkins or the ketchup in there.

I'm sure they were a bit overwhelmed atm though. The lady was very sweet and the food was pretty good.

They got better. Hired better workers and actually can manage their lanes now. Don't know if anything has changed but it's clear something has.

The SLOWEST Whataburger on the planet. Every time I’ve come, no matter what time of day, but especially after 10pm, it’s incredibly slow. The employees are always nice, so that helps them earn the 1 star, but it’s incredibly slow. Also, the biscuits are never buttered.

I purposely decided to drive past a nearby McDonald's, because I wanted my food a bit fresher, hot and more Adult-like. Bad decision! Very few customers, while witnessing a not-so clean restaurant. The fountain drink station needed immediate attention. The bathroom was unsanitary. The sinks hadn't been cleaned for a very longtime. The wait time, made no sense. The finaly, was that I requested hot/fresh french fries, at the completion of my order, and recieved slightly warm fries. I have no plans on revisiting this Whataburger, anytime soon!

Nice place to eat. Whataburger is the only burger place you can warm up the burger and it taste the same as u just buying. Yes! Keep it up.

Unfortunately I could not enjoy my meal. My fries were already getting cold by the time I received them, my patty melt also was overly salted.

The salad is the best I've ever had for a takeout drive-thru. The dressing does have corn syrup however so choose wisely. They're double lane does not work out properly. We waited at least 25 minutes behind the person in front of us. So we decided to start eating our food before we even left the drive-thru Lane. The chicken cranberry salad was very complete fresh and healthy it seemed. For sure my favorite for the industry. It contains greens, fresh grilled chicken, and apples cheese and cranberries.

I have come to this Whataburger twice in the morning and ordered the same thing, a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, with fries. Both occasions they gave me hash browns instead of fries. Be sure to check your order before driving off. Very unsatisfied that I have to make sure my order is correct before driving off.

Mediocre service. 7 people got orders before me who had ordered after. Then, they take forever to get the drinks once I have food. They didn't even realize i had no drinks until i said something. All because it was thirty minutes before closing. Does it really take ten minutes to make two drinks? I mean this is fast food. If I wanted to wait so long, I would've gone to IHOP. #karen rant over. PS Food was good though. 3 stars for food. Not for service.

On a Friday evening, look out. The line is long. Good chicken sandwich, like the grilled one. Strawberry shake tasty. Try them out

Not sure if it was an entirely new crew, but the wait time in the drive thru was CRAZY (45 MINUTES AND I WAS STUCK!) and the customer service needs improvement. Poor manager he seemed like he had his hands full. Part of my order was wrong, but charged the full price. ‍️ Maybe better luck next time.
