Whataburger, Houston TX

Lately the times we have been to whataburger are no longer the same.their quality and service have gone down dramatically.we have given them plenty of chances. I have gotten even sick a couple of times eating there and that just awful.we were hopeful for a change.but sadly it may never happen.it is greatly disappointing seems to us IN N OUT is the way to go now and have surpass whataburger in texas.never thought the day would've come when we would say such a thing.well it was good while it lasted. Chicago has ruined this beloved texan franchise.we definitely gonna miss the old whataburger.

Wow I mean really amazing how wrong everything is.it doesn't matter how fast the food comes out if it's completely wrong.

Fresh great customer service food is Absolutely Fresh every single time I haven't had a bad experience

Should probably take the inside pick up option offline if they are gonna be closed for that … now I’m forced to wait in line. I don’t trust trying to get my money back later … if I knew I had to waste gas in this line I wouldn’t have done it

This was our first time going there we're from Detroit, Michigan and we found it be wonderful, the service was on point and the sweet and spice burger was very tasteful we give it a 5 being top restaurant.we was there Monday towards afternoon the cashier was wonderful very friendly a person like the you'll want to keep beautiful people skills. The guy that stood outside to take my order was nice. Although it was a line the line moved at a steady pace.

Horrible experience tonight. Manager wasn’t apologetic or trained her employees correctly to take orders correctly.

I came here this morning at 4: 30 and was treated by Elias T. This dude is the man. Made my morning better. I'll be back at this location for the food and service.

We don't mind to wait for our food, sometimes takes longer but we still love to come here.

Usually order on line for curb side pick up. This location is very busy so be prepared to wait longer than estimated time given.

I’m so sick of whataburger now. Past four times I’ve ordered 4+ meals from them for my coworkers and I. To my surprise they messed it up every time. Meals are never made the way they are ordered and they forget at least one of your meals every time as if it’s some kind of joke. On top of that, whoever they have making the burgers is either brain dead or blind. I’m disgusted. Never buying whataburger again especially not from this location.

Most times we the customers are in a hurry going through the drive-thru and normally take our receipt and change and just put it wherever without counting it well I was in the Drive thru after 11pm and a cashier by the name Nicole I believe purposely shorted me my change along with giving me someone else order SO BEWARE WHEN PAYING WITH CASH!

My orders are typically cold or just bad tasting. I will go to a different location further away before I eat here.

I'm from New England so Whattaburger is truly a treat that I can only experience when in Texas. The burgers and chicken are just so much better than anything we have up North. Y'all are lucky to have it! Also, spicy ketchup and Dr. Pepper!

The food was not that fresh it was thrown together the fries were over cook the chicken was undercooked I return the chicken back to Whataburger that morning and the the manager let me get something else it was prepared fresh and fries were hot they compensated for the mistake of the night before. The cashier was very friendly she continue to apologize for the mess up from the night before I will definitely go back to Whataburger but only during the day. Thank you

I was in line like 15 min. After paying I still waited like another 15min for my Food to be just warm. I was expecting it Hot.
