Whataburger, Houston TX

I asked the cashier to repeat my order twice the first time she repeated it the order was incorrect the second time she repeated the order she got an attitude, when I pulled up to the pick up window one of my meals was missing then I was asked to pull up I still didn’t get one of my drinks that I paid for, if it was up to me y’all would get zero stars

Did a online order for the sweet and spicy meal and the spicy chicken sandwich by itself. Went to my car and noticed I recieved only the sweet and spicy meal and not the chicken sandwich. One of the employees disgustingly complains and accusing me of eating the chicken sandwich to get another free one.

Man I love Whataburger, but I shouldn't have to wait for the guy taking my order to stop gossiping with the girl standing next to him while my daughter & I stand starting at them (& No they weren't training, they were gossiping about other people)

I really hope this was an isolated incident.

Came here on today, and I was very disappointed. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger & asked for no onion, and no mustard. I took bite of the sandwich & realized that it was starting to get spicy. I opened the sandwich & it had onions on it, and it also had jalapeños. Never did I ask for any jalapeños & I said NO onions & NO mustard. Very disappointed, I couldn’t even finish my sandwich nor turn around & bring it back because it was so much traffic. I would like for a manger to contact me ASAP.

Customer service is great and food taste just right. I always get the sweet and sour on Texas toast and the Mushroom swiss on Texas toast with lettuce and tomatoes on both, no onions. Their always perfect with service with a smile to make you feel welcome.

The wait in the drive through was so long.as I drove to the first window an employee was prepping cup holders when he should have been helping out with the food orders.as I pulled up to the second window I saw several employees hanging out by the drive through window. Its was just too many workers there for the drive through to be moving so slow this location has very poor customer service.

As always this Whataburger did not disappoint. The food was hot, delivered quickly and put together with care. The restaurant was busy but my order was finished without delay. Even with the employees being as busy as they where they somehow find time to clean the restrooms because they where very clean. Clean restrooms is a great sign of how an establishment is being run and this one passes.

Always good customers service on point even though Today their machine is broken they substitute fountain drink for can sodas is good.

You can get it anyway you want it. And the great thing about this store, it's hot and fresh

Specifically asked for fresh fries. They were cold and hard. Asked for mustard & mayo got mayo only. Not satisfied at all. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Horrible service i asked for a number 14, which should be 6 chicken strips and i received what appeared to be 6 chicken nuggets. So small and non filling

They have the best biscuits and gravy on this planet in the friendliest true and I love the morning crowd in the morning

They took forever for our food to be made and when it was ready it was all COLD either lazy employees or they just slow it’s frustrating

My only issue with this location is that there is always a long wait, but it's so worth it. I ordered a Whataburger with cheese, jalapenos, bacon, and extra onions. It melted in my mouth. This location has a security officer inside the facility (possibly because it was late night when I visited). The restaurant was clean and the staff provided great customer service. I had to return my strawberry shake because it wasn't well blended and they remade it without and attitude nor hassle.

Since 1971, Whataburger has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They have come a long way since the original building were A-frame.

The s are large and made fresh. I like mustard on a burger - no ketchup and mayo. This is the standard at Whataburger. The coffee and the french are good.

I like the friendly and prompt service.

The food is ok. My buns are always cold and my sodas are always flat. You look forward to a nice cold soda with a hot burger but this location comes up short.

They game me the wrong order for the 3rd time and unfortunately I haf yo go back and get the right one cause the one I got was not even good to keep
